My husband has been keeping my son from me for six months. He is abusive everyday verbally. what should I do?

He tricked me into dismissing the divorce and now he is trying to control me by keeping me out of the house and away from our son and my son's school. Their is an order against me that he never served until last month but he filed it in June. The emergency order allows him to have the right to kick me out when he wants.

Consult a lawyer. There is no way to answer this with such scant information. Besides, this sounds like a matter that needs to be dealt with in the courts anyway.

well obviously if there is an emergency order against you, you had to have done something bad enough for the judge to grant it. (or at least what he is accusing you of was bad whether its true or not)

You need to get a lawyer if not then you might have a hard time getting the order dropped i mean then again i recently had a similar issue and the order was dropped against my ex cause i kept him from our child. Soo it can go either way. My suggestion is that you follow the order cause if not you can get in trouble and really have your son taken away. sorry to hear that your going through this good luck!

You need to seek legal advice.

Divorce your husband on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour and file for custody of your son.

you should go to courthouse and try to get custody of your son and get a restiating order against your husband and serve him divorce papers
