By which Authority did Paul write parts of the NT?
All the other books of the NT were written by people that lived with Jesus Christ and heard his words. The four gospels are filled with the words of Christ. But then comes Paul who was a tyrant and persecuter of Christians and claims authority to write books teaching things that contradict with what Christ taught. The disciples who wrote the gospels rarely if ever wrote something of their own or taught something of their own they just echoed the teachings of Christ. But Paul came from his evil background ready with new ideas new ways and new teachings. Making outrageous claims about himself. He never lived with Jesus he was never a disciple.

Open your eyes my friends. All the other books of the NT were written by people that lived with Jesus Christ and heard his words. The four gospels are filled with the words of Christ. But then comes Paul who was a tyrant and persecuter of Christians and he claims authority to write books teaching things that contradict with what Christ taught.
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoWhy do Christians run their mouthes about Free Will then make claims like "God turned a switch in Paul's mind to make him a Christian"?
If God is willing to force the conversion of one particular person why doesn't he do the same for all the others. If a tyrant like Paul gets to see clear miracles that oblige him to convert why doesn't God do the same with all the other unbelievers who would be more deserving of miracles than a criminal like Paul. Now every evil person would demand a clear miracle to believe because that's what Paul got.
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoChristians do you really think that someone who comes from a family of pharisees and who spent a significant part of his life persecuting?
persecuting Christians like Paul of Saul of Tarsus would suddenly get some kind of Vision and turn into a Christian prophet? Are you people nuts?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoChristians how do you bring these verses together one written by Paul and one said by Jesus Christ?
Ephesians 2:15 (ESV)
15 by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace,
Matthew 5:17
New International Version
"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them."
This glaring contradiction means one of two things and no other. Either Jesus was lying or Paul. So which is true?
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoJesus Christ Versus Gautama Buddha which one is the greatest religious figure so far?
First there is a striking similarity between two figures; in how both were conceived in a miraculous way. Both had disciples and many other things. But which one of them. It's true that Christ has more followers now but Buddhism was there long before Christianity. Also it's interesting that both religions came to reform one greater and older religion Judaism in the case of Jesus and Hinduism in the case of Buddha. Which one is greater tho?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoHow is what happened to Jesus before his resurrection considered by many Christians to be death?
He was alive 3 after that. So what happened to him isn't really death. It was apparent death. Death is the end of life. His life was resume 3 days after so it hasn't ended at that point and thus it was not a death. That's like saying someone who had a heart attack then was rescued that he died. When in reality we all would say that he had a near death or that he was ill and recovered. Death is the end of life and if you life doesn't end then you didn't die. So Jesus was in a state that resembles death for three days but later he was alive and thus he never died in the first place.
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoIf Jesus didn't fulfill the prophecies then how come many Jews converted to Christianity after his "death" and if he did then?
why didn't most Jews accept their Messiah whom they were waiting for?
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoWhy do Atheists think the way they feel about God's existence matters?
The way you think or feel about him won't make him disappear. Or become non existent. So get over yourselves.
12 AnswersPsychology3 years agoChristians if Romans and not the Jews killed Jesus Christ then who killed John The Baptist?
Herod right? Who was a Jewi. Descended from a Jewish Father and raised a Jew.
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoShould Atheists be allowed to vote and give their opinion on public matters?
I truly don't trust someone who looks around and see purpose beauty and order in all creation, then believes it is all the result of randomness. I don't trust these people deserve to be heard.
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoWhen we insult Atheists it's because Christianity is Evil but when Atheists insult us it's because respect is earned not given and so on?
Isn't this how Atheists reason?
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoDoes Hell deserve to be exposed to this huge number of Atheists?
I hear people ask if Atheists deserve eternity in Hell for not believing. I'd like to turn the question and ask does poor Hell deserve to be exposed to such a huge number of Atheists with their bigotry, their selfishness, their huge egos and their sense of superiority. Isn't that too much for Hell to handle?
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoAre Atheists genuinely this slow or are they just trolling?
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoAtheists do you know dangerous the game you're playing is?
33 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoAtheists isn't it sensible to say that you don't believe in God because you don't want to?
There is no evidence that God exists that's for sure. But there is also no evidence that God doesn't exist. So you can believe or not. Without being faced by a glaring proof that stands between you and you will. So you don't believe because you don't want to believe. I believe because I want to believe.
32 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoAtheists when the Bible speaks of the circle of the earth, is it not a reference to the spherical Earth?
As you know the Earth from above doesn't look like a sphere. Infact no celestial object looks like a sphere because we have no way to see the third dimension. So we see its 2D projection on our retina. Which is in case of spheres a circle. So the expression circle of the earth is very correct. Especially that he's speaking about the way Earth is seen from above as indicated in the same Verse that people look like grasshoppers.
