The mere thought of shopping for jeans annoys me; anyone have any recommendations?

I want to start taking a multivitamin and one of the ingredients is Iodine (potassium iodide) but am concerned because I had an incident a few years back with a mild allergic reaction to having shell fish and some supplements that had iodine (the only reason I think there is some connection is because although I didn't eat shrimp regularly, it wasn't the first time I had eaten it).

I understand that there is something in shellfish that can cause an allergy which isn't necessarily the iodine. I haven't seen an allergist but I also have concerns about that :o)

Any feedback is helpful, but preferably from individuals who know what they are talking about please.

What is the difference between signs of old age and signs of an onset of Alzheimer's?

I have read that iodine is good for maintaining a healthy thyroid but I have had an allergic reaction to iodine about three year ago. Of course, eating well and having some kind of exercise is essential for overall health but I just want to know if there is anything else I can or should be doing to take care of my thyroid. Any helpful info?

The accident was two to three years ago and when I started seeing a doctor they told me that I had swelling around my spinal cord. Sometimes I experience pain in my back and it usually is up the middle of my back if I sleep wrong or physically do too much. I did physical therapy for about four months after the accident but don't any more. Is there any way to stop the pain completely...please, preferably answers from people who know what they are talkin' about.

A friend of mine went to see the doctor recently and she was told by her doctor that wearing bras with an underwire can possibly be a detriment to one's health...has anyone else heard this?

Last weekend, when huggin' me good bye, he picked me up to hug me, and kissed the side of my face. In all of our years of being friends we never kissed each other good bye until we had been involved.
