I'm trying to switch to vegetarian for a healthier lifestyle choice and I'm taking the transition slowly. However, I was reading about vegetarianism and I'm worried about getting protein and iron and the other nutrients you can only get from meat.

I eat mostly grains (rice, pasta, bread). Cheese is also rather frequent and various vegetables. But I also eat hummus with either pita chips or tortilla chips every day for lunch. Is that sufficient protein and iron?

I have that diet, what nutrients am I missing out on? Should I get supplements for them?

Hello! My friend gave me a wig that was pretty plain, your average basic wig, but it had clumps of Styrofoam and hairspray clumps in it. I told her that I needed a wig for Hetalia day and that I could try and work with anything until I could order a wig off ebay. So, she gave me the wig after she tried to clean it up a bit and I washed it and worked with it and I think it came out pretty good. This is my first time styling a wig for real (I've trimmed a wig before for Dave, but that wasn't very hard...) and I'd like to know what people think?

If people like it enough, I might just keep it and not buy a new one.

Any tips are also greatly appreciated! I'd like to make it the best it can be and improve wig stylign for future cosplays~

Okay, so when I bind, I usually wear a regular sports bra and then I put on a sports bra one size smaller than my usual size and I put it on backwards and pin down the part that goes up onto my throat. This works really well and gets me just about as flat as I can get.

However, I plan on doing a cosplay for a meetup in a week where I'm wearing an XL shirt (er, I'm a medium, so the neck hole with sag on my shoulder) and it'll show part of my shoulder, so I can't do my normal sports bra method, since that goes around my shoulders near my neck.

I know ACE bandages and duct tape are bad and I really don't have time or money to get one of those fancy flattening shirts things, so that's not an option. Idealistically, I'd like to keep both shoulders bare, at least a fair distance around the neck, but if your method only bares one shoulder, then that's fine, I can deal with it.

Any suggestions?

(I'm a C, so it's not too hard to bind, but it's still a little tough)

If anyone has used snazaroo, do you know how many applications I can get out of the 18ML? I’m only doing head and neck area (yay armsocks!) The only thing I’ve found is some person saying that it lasted “a really long time” =3=

Also, how hard is it to blend? I’ve heard that it’s harder to use then Ben Nye, is all, and I need to be able to do darker shadows because I’m going to be uu. And will it be noticeable if I touch up a section compared to the rest of my face? This is probably a stupid question.

Last stupid question(s): Can it be blended with black to get a darker shade for shadows? I’m guessing that this is a yes, but might as well ask. The other part is if I can use eyeshadow for the shadows or will that wear off too easily or look really bad?

I know that "troll grey" is a mixture of white, grey, and steel grey, but I'm low on money from all the other parts of my cosplay and I heard that you can get by with one shade. I'm pretty sure it was Ben Nye, but it could've been PAX.

It's just that I want to put more money into being able to get good sealers and there /is/ a shade of grey that passes.

(I'm cosplaying Callie and Wonderstuck!Callie for a photoshoot group thing ^__^)

I'm getting my braces taken off in a couples months, thankfully!

However, they're getting taken off six days before I'm participating at a panel at a convention.

It's an hour long panel and I'll probably talk a decent amount (though, I'm not the host, but it's a Q and A and there's a large chance that I'll be asked a handful of questions).

Will it hurt too much to talk? Will I have trouble talking? I just want to plan ahead so I can tell the host and plan to participate in a more silent way if I have to.

Hi, I'm going to an anime convention next weekend and I have a prop that I made. However, the paint I bought (despite the label saying acrylic) turned out to be dull and more like poster paint, so I'm panicking and I need to find something to give it an acrylic finish, per se.

It needs to dry quick (as in 48 hours or less), be reasonably lightweight, can handle a little wear and tear (I'll be carrying it around the convention all day), won't shine TOO much (photoshoot, yknow), but gives it an acrylic look.

Hi, my house got TPed as an initiative to being on the drumline (the tradition is to TP the freshman's houses) and so they also wrote on the limestone (I think they thought it was concrete) with chalk and I have to clean it off. What's the most effective way to get it out and what should I use?

Hi, I'm an eighth grader and the auditions for drumline are in about a month. I'm a rather quick learner, especially when it comes to snare things. I want to prepare myself for the audition because my goal is for snare.

I know that since I'm a freshman and a girl at that, my chances for snare are rather slim, but I still want to try my best for it and I want to be ready and prepared for my audition.

So, I was wondering if anyone could help me out by giving me some rhythms or rudiments I should practice. I have a\exercises that both my private teacher and school band teachers have given me, but I'd like to have a little bit more to work with, as well.

So, I really really really like this boy who just moved here this school year because he's really nice and funny and smart and plain out awesome. I really like him for his personality and at the very very very least, I want to be friends... AT THE LEAST. This is the worst (as in, most obsessive, I guess) crush I've ever had, so I think I'm ready to make a move....

BUT I've never flirted or dated before (I'm in eighth grade) and I don't want to make a fool of myself. I and him to know that I kinda like him and all, but I don't want it to be too obvious for the rest of the school to figure it out because I most definitely so NOT need any rumors, nor do I want someone else to be the one that tells him that I like him.

Because I've never really liked a guy this bad before, I don't really know how to flirt... ^.^; Again, I don't want it to be too obvious, but I want it to be just enough obvious that he knows... but not so much that the whole school knows.

Also, I want to know how to ask a guy out... in case he doesn't make a move... It seems a bit desperate in my opinion, but he's also a little shy, so I thought I should at least know HOW, right?

Just curious, because I was reading through Vic Minognona's (my favorite voice actor) wikipedia page and it said that he voiced Watanuki in Tsubasa. So I was wondering he voiced him in Holic, too? Just wondering.

And while we're at it, are all the characters in Tsubasa and Holic and Card Captor voiced by the same people in each series? Again, just curious. Then again, if they're not, it's be a hell of a lot of confusing to get used to watch series xP
