  • What happens if a base runner attempts to steal a base (specifically, 3rd base), no one is on 1st base and the batter gets hit by a pitch?

My brother posed this question for me, and I have no clue what would happen if a runner would try to steal 3rd base, no one is on 1st base, but the batter gets hit by a pitch.

Would the runner still be able to advance to third, or would the runner have to go back to second? I would think it would be the latter, but I am posing this question to see what would happen, having a hard time trying to see what would happen if this situation would happen

  • A question about what might be a scar on the shoulder of Sheamus?

Watching Raw tonight with my girlfriend, I didn't notice it, but my girlfriend had said that she thought she noticed what looked like an older scar on Sheamus's left shoulder. As I said, I didn't notice anything, but I am usually not good at spotting stuff unless it's pretty obvious. Mainly, she is wondering, if it was a scar, how Sheamus had gotten it?

  • Going to the WWE Night of Champions PPV, a couple of questions about attending...?

A few questions, since I have never attended a WWE event (my girlfriend is really into the WWE, and wanted to go, so I got tickets a while back)

    1. I know the tickets says the event starts at 7:45PM, but do they do things before hand at the event?

    2. How long should I anticipate the event to last. I have a general idea that the PPV's on TV usually last 2-3 hours, but does stuff usually happen at the event that usually goes on longer, or should I expect for the event to go for about 2-3 hours?

Also, any other good things to know about, since this is my first WWE event that I am attending that I can know about to enjoy the event more? Thanks

  • How do you think the 2009 NASCAR season will play out?

A question for all. Who do you think will win for their first time, who will make the chase, anything that could or would happen in the 2009 season.

  • Top 35 question?

With the 13 team more than likely not making it to Indianapolis, I was wondering what would happen with qualifying and the Top 35 Rule, if the 36th place team in points automatically qualifies for the race, or its just one extra car now can try to race its way in until the 13 falls out of the Top 35?

  • Would you agree with me on this question?

In terms of what sports have the biggest homers, NASCAR is worst when it comes to its fans acting as such.

You see bad homers in other sports, but when it comes to NASCAR, it seems if you even come close to thinking about critiquing a driver, it seems as such that you get blasted by every such fan. If your talking about the fan of a B-list driver, those fans arent as bad, but it seems as if your talking about a past or current A-list driver, especially Jeff Gordon, Dale Earnhardt (Sr. or Jr.), Jimmie Johnson, etc., it seems as such where they just get on you.

Would you agree with me that NASCAR has some of your worst homers among fans?

  • Would you want to see more road courses on the NASCAR schedule?

I personally think so. At least add 2 more road courses in replacement of some of the cookie cutters. Im sure though other people's opinions will be different, so I want to hear your answers.
