Will the reasons for divorce be publicly available (UK)?
Me and my wife separated in December 2010 because we hadn't been getting on for quite a while. We said at the time we would wait 2 years and get a no blame divorce. She's now told me she's spoken to a solicitor about getting a divorce now, so will be placing the blame on my unreasonable behaviour (I don't yet know what she has said I've done wrong).
I have told her I intend defending the divorce because I'm not prepared to accept the responsibility for our marriage breakdown (we just didn't get on anymore and started annoying each other). I can't really afford to defend the divorce so just wanted to know if I decided to accept her reasons (even if I don't accept them and they are false) will they be on public record. I don't want to accept reasons I don't agree with when I feel we are equally to blame.
3 AnswersMarriage & Divorce10 years agoIs it legal for me to fly a radio controlled plane at our local park?
The park has a large field and I will only fly if the area is clear of people.
Are there laws regarding this sort of thing?
I have a HobbyZone Super Cub, if that makes any difference.
7 AnswersHobbies & Crafts1 decade agoJava Certification - Which should I do (SCJA and/or SCJP)?
I will be made redundant at work in about 3 weeks and would like to become a Java programmer as my next job.
I have some experience of Java, VB6, SQL programming from my current job, but not enough Java experience to go for a Java specific job.
I know a Java certification would look good on my resume but I'm not sure whether I should bother with the SCJA certification first (to get the basics of Java, UML, J2EE, etc) or go directly to the SCJP certification.
If I did the SCJA I would then study for the SCJP afterwards.
Any advice?
Thanks,
James

1 AnswerWomen's Health1 decade agoWhy does my 13 month old wake up at night with trapped wind?
He wakes up almost every night crying and tensing his stomach. Rubbing his back and stomach soothes him but doesn't usually get rid of the wind.
He has a meal about 5pm, warm full fat milk before bed at 7pm and will usually wake between 1am - 4am,
Can we give him something before bed to reduce the night time wind?
4 AnswersToddler & Preschooler1 decade agoDoes a mobile phone charger use the same amount of electricity when charging as it does when not charging?
I have a charger which stays plugged in whether I'm charging or not and wanted to know if It's worth unplugging when not charging.
