I have to read a school-appropriate and high reading level book for an AP English project. Around 12th grade reading level, something advanced but still fun to read. Young adult category would be good. I like books with some romance, suspense, comedy. Here's the list I have:

I'm going on vacation for my sweet 16. But I want to have a small party with about 20 friends. Originally, I was just going to have them all come to my house. But that may get boring after a while. Maybe I should find a big restaurant that could accommodate all of us? I'm not sure...any ideas? Thanks!

I have medium to dark brown hair. I want to get a peek a boo and dye the under part of my hair. I'm looking for a maroon color. Something that will look red but still have brown undertones. Is this possible to achieve? If possible, what hair dye should I use? Thanks!

I'm 15. I used to be very underweight (5'6" and 95lbs) so I had to gain weight in a short period of time. Now I'm the same height and 125lbs. I think I'm at a much healthier weight but unfortunately I developed stretch marks from this weight gain. I have purple marks on my breasts and fainter ones on my butt as well. What cream do you recommend to get rid of them or at least reduce the severity? Thanks so much!

I need to think of a song to go with my parents' candle at my sweet 16. I can think of so many meaningful songs but I don't know if they work for parents. Idk if he likes me. I catch him staring at me and he talks to me sometimes. I just like him soo much but I don't know if he can tell. How can I show him without saying it awkwardly? He seems really sweet and funny. He's definitely more popular than me but he doesn't seem to care about that stuff so much. I want to show him who I really am because I'm not always myself around certain people and I don't want him to think that's who I am. How can I talk to him?

I want to submit my resume and headshot to a casting office for an upcoming movie. I saw the audition posting on a legit website. My question is, is it worth it even though I do not have an agent? I am working on getting an agent. I have been going to an acting school in NY for two years. I go every week and get superior training. I'm doing the film at my high school and auditioning for other student films in NY. I have a ton of dance experience as well as some theater, film, and commercials. So should I just submit without an agent? I know I can't expect much from it, but will it hurt to try? Thanks!

I want feminine white sneakers. I was deciding between Vans and Converse but I kinda like Vans better because they're all white without any blue or red stripes. I just transferred to a new school this year 10th grade. Made lots of friends but I cant trust any of them. I always listen to their problems but they never listen to mine. They're all dramatic sorta nerdy and just not the type of girls I like to be friends with. It's just really hard being a transfer. How can I find better friends that are more like me? I know a couple of girls that I'd much rather be close with but it's kinda awkward bc I want to get to know them and hang out with them but I hate feeling like Im being clingy. I kinda want more guy friends too. Theyre chill, less drama! Any advice? Should I just be more confident..will that draw people in? How can I attract people that are just like me? Thanks!

I'm a sophomore and I just transferred to a new high school this year. I'm very grateful to have made a lot of new friends. But there's always drama between all my friends. And I feel like I can't trust anyone. I always listen to their problems but they never listen to mine. Don't get me wrong, we have a lot of fun together. I just wish I could find someone that I can tell everything to. Someone I always want to be around and they always want to be around me. I've never had a real best friend and it's all I want right now. I feel like I should try to make guy friends bc theres less drama with guys. Literally hate the drama! Any advice?
