I see so many posts on this site of guys and girls giving links out, asking if they are attractive enough, or if they're boobs are big enough, or if they should give it up to their boyfriend...asking why someone hasn't texted them back, etc.

Why are so many people so insecure? It baffles me really. Where has all our self respect gone? And since when did these things determine who you are, what you stand for, and your quality of life??

I don't really know if this is a question or not...more like a rant.

But does anyone agree or disagree with what I'm saying?

** jeeze people...I understand its important to take care of yourself...but love and respect the body and mind you were blessed with.

I live in a little condo...There is a small area on my back porch that I could put a planters box or two. I want to grow vegetables organically, just as a little side hobby while I'm in school.

So my questions are:

*Any suggestions on how to get started?

**Any ideas on what types of veggies/herbs to grow? ***And how do hanging tomato plants fair?

P.s. The Condo is in College Station, TX (near Bryan or an hour from houston), and the area gets pretty good sun.

19 yr old female here...

Ok..to sum all the crap up in a short paragraph, Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost a year now. Our Halloween plans did not work out because I had to go back to my hometown, so he took that opportunity to drive to Austin with a bunch of girls and one other guy to have fun (which I'm glad he found something to do).

Not much was going on in my hometown besides a few people got together to chill in the hot tub. I didn't go because I would be the only girl and felt that to be disrespectful to him. I couldn't go clubbing or anything either because he doesn't like the idea of me dancing with anyone else.

Now...I found out that not only did he go clubbing with all those girls...but he slept in the same bed with his female co-worker/friend. I found this highly innapropriate as I felt it was disrespectful to me and I got upset. He got irratated at the fact that I was upset because he felt nothing was wrong with it.

Today I told him I forgave him and I just wanted to move on with our relationship. he told me he didn't know what I was forgiving him for b/c he felt he had done nothing wrong. I told him that was fine but to just know that if he could to things like that, I could too. He told me that wouldn't be a smart thing to do and that I was being ridiculous.

so basically its okay for him to do those things but not me...

I'm so frustrated with this ordeal. I've talked to friends about it but was hoping for a few opinions that didn't know either of us and could look at the situation for face value.

My skin decided to freak out this semester...I use bare minerals at the moment...but my skin is progressively getting worse. I'm already on perscription face wash. Is there a better cover up out there that would aid in helping my skin get back to normal?
