I have a lot of pretty deep acne scars on my face. Is anyone aware of some kind of skin resurfacing treatment that worked well for you? Makeup doesn't cover it...

I have very bad eyesight and my eye doctor warned me that it may get worse during pregnancy. My mother who is a doctor insists that I should have a C-section because vaginal birth would affect my eye condition. I'd rather do a vaginal but I don't want to become a blind mother of a newborn. Did anybody go through this?

Ok, I know that tanning is not good for me but I need to do it once in a while because I am very pale. I have psoriasis. Should I wait until it heals up a little or is it ok to use a tanning bed now?

I didn't think I would ever want a baby when I was younger. I am almost 30 now and my boyfriend really wants a baby. He loves kids and will make a wonderful dad. I would like to have a baby but am scared of pain at childbirth, and that something will happen to my kid or that I will not be good enough as a mother. I know it is all worth it in the end. Given a choice I think I would rather have one than not. Is there anything that you can tell me that will help me out a little? Please do not condemn me for feeling this way.

One of my cats scratches walls and door trims even though I provide plenty of scratching posts around the house. His 2 brothers never do that. I don't want to declaw him but he causes a lot of damage around the house and nothing helps. Has anyone used plastic nail covers and do they work? Are they safe for the kitties? Any other suggestions? We actually went as far as upholstering all corners with carpet what helped a little...
