Basic concepts:

-Becoming a citizen is dependent on government service. No service, no voting rights, no benefits.

-Government service can be done in the military or with special skills in something like the Peace Corps.

-Criminals are the frontline soldiers in combat. Someone has to soak up all those bullets.

-Citizens pay lower taxes than non-citizens.

-No free lunch.

Sheep are people who want to be taken care of and lack the capacity for violence or self defense that characterise the Sheepdog or the Wolf. They exist as a group where individualism is shunned to the expense of groupthink.

The Wolf is the predator. He lives for himself at the expense of others. Where guile works not, he employs violence or abuse as tools.

The Sheep dog wishes in a way that he were Sheep, but his capacity for realism, self-sufficiency (or awareness), and capacity for the same violence as the Wolf put him in the middle. He decides to take sides and protect the Sheep even when the Sheep themselves see him no better than a Wolf. Normally only a Sheepdog can understand what motivates another Sheepdog.

Is there another classification that I am missing?

I am Sheepdog. I did not become so until later in life than most Sheep who become Sheepdogs.

I could be Wolf, but honor, integrity, and respect for "What is Right" prevent this. Do Sheep KNOW they are Sheep?

I am still looking for that crispity creamy ice cream bar. Who covets my ice cream bar?!

Especially seing as her and her husband hold a significant amount of personal responsibility for failed to smite Al-Qaeda going all the way back to the 1993 bombing of the WTC.

And anyone who thinks that Bill and Hillary ran the presidency as a team (with Hillary leading) need not answer the question...

And you know that if she speaks she will definitely use it to put a dig in against the current Office. She is a person completely without dignity or respect.

You guys wonder why you can't elect someone, yet you continue to have confusing messages, lets look at some of them. Can anyone tell me a liberal message that does NOT conflict?

-You want to reduce crime by reducing the number of cops and eliminating the primary means of citizens to defend themselves, all while putting criminals in jail for less time and spending more time prosecuting victims who defend themselves?? (Works in England)

-You want to have a budget surplus by raising taxes and spending more??

-You want more money for education but you do not want a standard test to find out if that money is well spent?

-You want to be a world leader by allowing other small countries to do what they want without reprisal?

-You want to save the third world by forgiving theirs loans to us so that we will be the only ones bankrupt?

-Killing violent criminals is bad but killing the unborn is not?

-Are children are safer and so are the child predators we will let loose without monitoring?

I REALLY hate people who sit in the passing lane at EXACTLY (or less than) the speed limit while the mean speed of traffic all around them is much higher. Don't they get it? We are not talking about folks who are there about to make lefts, but folks on 70mph limited access interstates who will STILL drive 55mph even when the dang signs say 70!

My personal favorite solution would be a grille mounted plasma cannon, but in the real world why can we not just issue citation to these idiots like crazy? Just about every state has a law on the books making it illegal and I KNOW you get a ticket for failure to yield to fast traffic in Europe, I have seen people get them....

Does it really PREVENT crime?? Let it all hang out, here are some of my thoughts:

1) Government-sponsored Dial-A-Prayer

2) Something to let the police know where the dead bodies of crime victims can be found.

3) Something to make sure all the icky blood and shell casings are picked up after stopping for doughnuts and coffee.

4) Something to make anti-gun liberals feel like they have a chance of surviving. "I will shake this phone at you vigorously if you don't leave!"

5) A 1-900 number for people who get off seeing fire engines and police cars.

6) Obviously, a place to call and complain about poor fast food service. (Happened in CA, I kid you not!)

Especially in light of all the recent news about real calls being ignored and pretty callous behavior on the part of operators. Do we really need it? If it will not prevent crime, then why not just have folks call the station house directly....

I was born in Michigan, raised in New York and Virginia, an now live and work in the South. I have no intention of going any more north than Virginia ever again. I was raised in a rural environment even in New York (yup there be cows up there) and that is what I like.

I was raised to be polite and respectful even to people I do not like. Children and family are to be treasured and put before work, money, and material things.

Some folks here call me a Yankee even when I have the same beliefs, values, and core ideals that they do.

So what is it? Birthplace, lifestyle, or attitude?

What I mean is that year after year the party becomes less and less Conservative and closer and closer to the Democratic party. Why are there no good Conservative candidates anymore to support constitutional, fiscal and personal responsibility on a national level?

I opine that until a strong third party (Liberatarian? Something?) comes into play the parties will become closer and closer together "muddying the waters" so that the fight over the undecided vote becomes the battleground.

Right now the only issues really seperating the parties are not really constitutional issues at all: Abortion, Gun Control, Welfare, Social Security, Crime/Law Enforcement, Death Penalty, Taxes/Public Allocation.

Notice that all these issues are ones that were added into the mix well AFTER the Consitution itself was written. I find it hard to believe that the founding fathers could have been so short sighted by the "modern" view of government.
