I am a big fan of conscious hip hop. This includes acts such as Talib Kweli, Mos Def, Common, Nas, MF Doom, Hopsin, and the Roots to name personal favorites. I was immediately turned off by Jay Z because Nas was the first rapper I got really into and after hearing Ether I had no interest in Jay Z. I obviously have respect for the guy as a rapper since he's clearly a king in the industry, but I have mostly heard his commercial stuff. I was hoping I could get some recommendations of his best tracks that match my taste as I don't want to listen through dozens of albums. So please, any recommendations of his best lyrical pieces.

So my roommate is moving out after this year and he will be taking his Xbox 360 with him. We both have only used that Xbox360 for the past 2 years, and I have some game data that I want to transfer to a different Xbox360. I'm not looking to transfer a LIVE account or Profile, just some saved files from 2 games (NHL12 and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) - I don't mind starting new files in the other games that I have. The physical game discs are mine, so I could start new files on a different Xbox360, but I've put a lot of hours into my existing files and I would like to continue them.

What is the cheapest/easiest way to transfer this data? I went into Best Buy and all they have is a 320GB memory unit/HD that costs around $150. I'm just looking to transfer a few saved game files, not a mammoth amount of data. I have a 16GB USB Key, and a 1TB External HD (both which I for computer files, I haven't tested them on an Xbox). Would either of those work (The USB Key is Duracell, and the External HD is Lacie if that matters)?

So I was a huge fan of LOST when it was on the air, and since it ended I have been looking for a suitable replacement. I watched Heroes but lost interest as the seasons went on. I watched FlashForward which was a disappointment and got cancelled, and I am watching V (2009) as well, which I love. This past fall I began watching the Event, which I love, but unfortunately has just been cancelled as well.

So I am looking for a show, past, present or future to start watching. I watched the first half of season 1 of Fringe, and wasn't completely sold but will give it a chance if need be. I was also considering visiting the Ex Files as I love David Duchovny an it seems to fit my style. There are also all of the Stargate or Star Trek shows but I don't know where to start with all those. And of course if anyone has heard anything about upcoming shows that is much appreciated as well.

So a couple of weeks ago, my friend asked if I wanted to join a group of 6 (so 7 of us total) in going to the Toronto Blue Jays home opener (April 1st). I know more than all of them about baseball- spots in general, and I know that for almost any team's home opener in any sport, you need to grab tickets way in advance. When I found out today that the plan is to purchase tickets at the box office the day of the game I was baffled. Do they really expect to find 7 seats on game day? I doubt any section in the stadium would have more than 2 adjacent seats open. Of course I could be wrong, so that's why I'm asking here if anyone knows what the chances are so I do not waste my time. Thanks.

I'm getting really close to buying my first car, and my mom suggested getting a Hybrid. I have little knowledge about cars in general, and whenever I search on my own for information I get overwhelmed by the cluster of details and advertising on the sites.

So I was wondering how hybrids compare to standard cars in terms of pricing, both for the actual car and for insurance, gas, etc. Also, are there particular models out there that are "better" than others, whether it be miles/gallon, performance, durability, etc?

I would greatly appreciate any other relevant information as well, and some suggestions of specific cars would be great with some reasoning.

So the season is almost over, and as it looks, Stamkos is the only player that is on pace for 50 goals. Since the lockout, there has never been a season where there were 0 players with 50 or more goals. Stamkos is on pace to score 8 more to end with 51 on the season, but he has been streaky throughout the season and could very possibly score only 6 more in his 13 remaining games.

So questions:

1) How many goals do you think Stamkos will end up with?

and

2) Why do you think there is a chance that the Rocket Richard trophy recipient falls shy of 50 goals? (Obviously had Crosby stayed healthy he would have shattered the 50-goal mark, but injuries happen.)

I figure I must be missing some good stuff both old and new. Any notable additions you have? I'm open to anything old or new, even if an artist only has one good track that's fine too.

The most points in the league by a non-Sedin and the clear cut winner for the Rocket Richard trophy since Crosby's injuries, he's clearly the real deal at a young age. I noticed an interesting stat of his, however: He is tied for 9th in the league in minor penalties, at 28. He's right up there with usual suspects like Ott, Cooke, Backes and the like. Looking through the top 25 in the category, the only other real "all-stars" are Briere and Perry, but they have a grit to their game that as far as I know Stamkos does not possess.

I don't watch many Tampa games, but do his 28 minors show that he still has a lot of growing and maturing to do as a player? He averages 20 minutes a game on ice and 1 in the box. Thoughts?

Hi, I have an assignment due tomorrow (an upper year History course in university), and I have to analyze a book I was assigned. One of the parts is to make note of any spelling or grammatical errors I find. I think I have found such a mistake but I want to make sure. The sentence:

The second incident involved one man, Alex Sandula, a mechanic who, unawares, picked up a “rabbit,” a piece of fuel rod that having passed through the reactor neutron flux then ricocheted off the shielding and onto the floor.

My immediate reaction was that "unawares" was mistaken for "unaware". I looked up unawares and saw it meant unsuspectingly...

But the second part of the sentence looks like it's missing something. A verb maybe? Flux can apparently be a verb: to melt, but seeing as the sentence is past tense, shouldn't fluxed be used instead?

<I have played competitive hockey for 15 years and have been a hockey fan my whole life, so I am aware of the rules regarding a no-goal if there is a kicking motion.>

My question is: does anyone know why the rule was established and/or has not been removed? Scoring a goal with your foot (like on a deflection) is hard to do, it's nearly impossible to get the puck elevated if the puck is flat on the ice, and kick passes are allowed. Obviously a 'throw' into the net is not allowed as hand-passes are illegal in the opposing zone, but a deflection off just about everywhere else on the body is a legal goal. In fact, using your skate to 'redirect' the puck into the net is allowed. So what about a kicking motion is so forbidden?

I have National Pokedex, have completed the first 2 challenges, and have been called and can place blocks. But the only blocks I can place are Shrubbery, White Flower, Red Flower (all Plains blocks), Lampost, Bench, Flag (all generic blocks). So I have no Peak, Forest, Grassland, or Waterside blocks to place. Is there a way to switch out objects or do I need to wait for another phone call?

So I was at a local bar sitting at the bar watching the Blackhawks/Flyers game tonight, enjoying a few beers, the usual.. So a bartender and I were talking during commercials and intermissions about our lives etc, and she didn't talk to other customers except to ask for drinks. So anyway it got a bit busier so she didn't have much time to talk but whenever she walked by me she would smile at me. I didn't think too much of it; I just figured she'd do what it took for me to buy another drink, after all that's what she's getting paid to do. So come the end of the game, I ask for my bill and was surprised to see that I wasn't charged for 2 pints (I had ordered 3 pints and 1 bottle, and on the bill it had 1 pint and 1 bottle).

Can anyone help me understand what her intentions were?

So my family doesn't want me taking any of our "new" consoles to my new place, but little do they know I have a far superior N64 that will be joining me. Only problem is that I am lacking games for it. I need some ideas as I can't remember all the classics. I like all genres. Thanks!

My younger brother (mid-late teens) has been smoking weed for a few months now, I guess because that's what his friends are doing nowadays. I'm not against weed or anything, but it's different when it's my baby bro that's doing it. I was wondering what signs indicate that he has a "problem" or if he's gone a little too far. Things like "how often is too often?", weed paraphernalia, behavior change etc.

I am taking a Spanish course and my profesor suggested I listen to some Spanish music to help learn. Any suggestions for songs or artists with semi-basic vocabulary?
