  • What is the best way to get a good hard drive image?

I recently bought a new hard drive and I'd like to take an image of my current hard drive and load it onto the new one. First of all, is this usually quick and painless or is there some risk involved? Secondly, what is some good software, preferably cheap or free, that I could use to do this? Thanks in advance for your help.

  • 1996 SI For Kids Tiger Woods Card?

Back in 2001, this card's popularity was at its peak and was selling for ridiculous amounts of money. I have one in my possesion but have never gotten around to having it graded. So I decided to do some research and found out that apparently SI For Kids mailed several letters to grading companies asking to cease grading on this card because it was never intended to be a collectible. Does anyone know if this card can be graded now, or is there some sort of "liftime ban"? I'd like to know how much I can get for it also, if possible...

  • CD Player Installation?

I recently found a great deal on a CD player for my car and I'm strongly considering buying it. It comes with a free installation kit and I'd like to install it on my own. I've installed a home theater system before and as a computer engineering major I've become fairly comfortable with electronics, but something scares me about installing a car CD player because I don't want to break anything. In general, is it really that difficult to install a CD player in a car and are there many risks involved? I already have a CD player in my car if that helps...

  • Are iPods really the best MP3 players?

I plan on purchasing a 4GB iPod Nano within the next week or so. Basically everything I've heard about MP3 players points to the fact that iPods are the best. Is this true? I just want to be certain before I make my purchase.

  • What do people who live outside of Cincinnati think of Cincinnati?

I live in the Cincinnati area, and a recent study has shown that Cincinnati had the biggest decrease in population last year out of all major cities in the United States, slightly ahead of Detroit. This is not something to be proud of by any means, I don't think it's that bad of city, and was just wondering what other people thought. Thanks in advance for your input.

  • New John Grisham book?

John Grisham is currently my favorite author and I'll basically read anything he writes. "The Broker" was released about 2 years ago I think and I was just wondering if anyone had any news on a new book from him? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • What happened to Linkin Park?

Linkin Park used to be my favorite band, but I'm getting frustrated with the fact that they have made anything new in years. Does anyone know if they've broken up or if they have any plans for a future album? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

  • How much would you pay for a 1997 Honda Prelude?

I bought a 1997 Honda Prelude last year. It's red and in great condition. 1997 was the first year of their latest body style which stopped being produced in 2001. I have a feeling that I'll be able to get more out of it then what I paid for it since they are so rare and seem to be very popular. It just went over 100,000 miles. I'm not telling how much I paid for it. So how much would you pay for this car? Intelligent answers please...

  • How stubborn are graduate schools when accepting applicants?

I'm a third-year college student and I'm considering furthering my education by getting an MBA. Most graduate schools seem to accept most students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Mine is currently slightly lower than that and I still have time to improve it, but if my GPA is below 3.0 when I obtain my bachelor's degree, should I be concerned about not getting into grad school?

  • What is wrong with the Cincinnati Reds?

I am a hardcore Reds fan, I've been to several games this year, and I simply can't figure them out. They play great on the road, they have a 6 - 2 record against the best team in their division, and they have the best record against their division of all the teams in the NL Central. However, they have a losing record at home and they're 1 - 7 when they play in front of crowds over 30,000. Currently they've lost 8 out of 9 games after winning 8 in a row. I understand that they're bullpen needs some help and their offense has been inconsistent at times, but they seem to bring a different team to the park every night. Are they contenders or pretenders?

  • Any advice on what to do about being a computer engineering major working in IT?

Ever since I started college, all of my jobs have been IT-related and I really enjoy what I do. I'm about halfway done with my BA in computer engineering and I really don't want to switch majors at this point. Do you think it would be beneficial for me to pursue an MBA in computer science or would my computer engineering degree be sufficient for the work that I do?

  • Who thinks the Cincinnati Reds can make the playoffs by 2008 now that they're under new ownership?

I live in the Cincinnati area and I'm a HUGE Reds fan. I was just wondering what other people thought now that they're under new ownership and have a new GM in place if they can make the playoffs in the near future. This reminds of when Marvin Lewis took over the Bengals 3 years ago and look what happened to them. Any thoughts?

  • Is it shallow to not accept anything other than the best when it comes to dating?

My ex girlfriend was awesome. I still love her to death and now consider her my best friend. Before we started dating I didn't really care who I dated but ever since we broke up I've raised my standards a lot and, as a result, have become very picky in my dating life. Does anybody see anything wrong with this?
