On the 25th of October I visited a website which required a log in. The owner of the website then removed important information that I had there (against my permission), I have the page saved in Chrome but when I try to open I get an error because Google tries to reconnect me to the server of the website. Is there a temporary file saved on my harddisk that I can access (similar to IE)? Thanks a lot,

I bought an Android Tablet from a Chinese website. I paid with PayPal to be secure. But it has been stuck in customs for about a week now. I read online that PayPal will only give refunds up to 45 days. If my package is still in customs after that will I be able to get a refund from PayPal if the product is broken or missing?

I am writing a sci-fi story where all data in the world is stored on a computer, the computer also stores all the types and locations of all atoms in the world for a 250,000 year period, the data would be updated every 100,000/sec. What quality of storage would the computer need, any other questions and suggestions please.

One of the main problems in the world is that political leaders are chosen by the public. Politicians are representatives of the public. So if politicians are bad quality does that mean the it is the public's fault for voting them into office? I suggest that we limit voting rights to people with an IQ >= 100, this would mean that idiots would not be voted in to office by idiots. If you think about it the majority of problems in the world are created by dumb people making dumber decisions.

Democracy in my opinion is to important to be left up to the average Joe Sixpack. Do you agree, do you believe that only certain people should be allowed to vote. Not race, salary, class, gender but intelligence.

I am writing a SCI-FI novel and I would like to know if it was be possible to understand how many atoms there are if you were able to count them 1 atom at a time through specific section of the earth (including the atmosphere)

What I mean is if you were able to bore a hole (the size of an atom) in the Earth from one pole to the other how many atoms where there be. Is there a formula to work this out?

If you had a water container, and inserted thousands of narrow capillary tubes (the water rises through the tubes by capillary action), then if you had an outlet for the water to drain from the top, down a slope and back into the contain.

However if you had a small turbine on the direction of the flow would it be possible to drive this turbine and have an infinite power source?

It wouldn't have to be big. I just have a doubt that the water would rise enough to come out of the capillary tubes. Any ideas?
