My adult son lives with me, in college full time and working full time. My son splits the bills with me, and im fine with that until he moves. His half brother is mad because he gives his mom money to help out with the bills and he complains he's broke afterwards, but he doesn't work and is not trying to find a job. Hes 19 and receives child support payments from his dad. His mom and her husband isn't teaching him any responsibility  and his mom is constantly on him and his payments he receives. So now he doesn't want to live with his mom anymore and wants to stay with me and my son. My son wants to help him so he can start being responsible for himself and independent, but I feel I'm going to be the one left to help him. His mom isn't telling him to come home, either. My boyfriend said im too nice and I don't put my feet down enough to enforce anything going in in my home. I need help, what to do?

My neice is always wants to do birthday events with lots of people right now and isn't concerned about COVID and wants to have a surprise birthday "Painting" event for my sister's 50th birthday. Before COVID, the Painting class had about 20 people, some of the people was with me, but some of the people was with another group. I do not know what safety precautions the class has now and my neice is insisting if anyone wants to come, to let her know soon because she needs a deposit for the class. How much I would like to be there for my sister, with the COVID cases going up in our city and state, I do not want to risk being in a enclosed room full of family members and unknown people who may have COVID or not. What should I tell her ?

My son is in college and he lives with me. He just received a new job that requires him to use the company van and park it at my home. My H.O.A. rules are that no commercial vehicles can park here unless its in my garage. The van has a tall ladder rack that cannot fit in our garage. I am afraid my son will lose his job if he has nowhere to store the company's van. Do you think the H.O.A. will give me permission to park it if I ask ?

I had a mammogram a week ago. 3 days later, my doctor called me saying there's a 9mm Asymmetry in the 9 o clock position right breast they need to re evaluate. I also have dense breast tissue. On top of that, my appointment is a week away. How do you relax before your appointment? I have been crying and worrying and losing my mind?

My sister bought my car before, it ran good, but had minor problems starting up. When she was about to buy it before, it didnt start, so I gave her the money back, took it to an auto shop, got it repaired, and took it back home. She wants to buy it again. It still needs minor work, but she has a mechanic that can fix it. Im afraid if it doesnt work again, she may try to ask me for her money back again. Should I sell it to her again ?

My sister called me the other day and just expected that I give her my social security number after she tells me about being her beneficiary and also without seeing any documentation on the life insurance she signed up for. Im sensitive about giving out my personal information and shes gets manipulated easily by salesman that influence her into signing up for stuff she doesn't need. What should I tell her?

I own a condo and I have my own garage. My son lives with me and he rides a motorcycle in the summer. I pay a monthly homeowners association fee and I live next door to a Senior citizen that complains and reports anything she can find.

I was reading my by laws and I wanted to be sure its ok for my son to have his motorcycle parked in our garage and the By Law for vehicles states :

No trailer, mobile home, motor bus, motorcycles, commercial or inoperative vehicle of any description shall be parked, stored , or maintained on the condominium.

Does this mean my son can't have a motorcycle ?

I am very afraid to get tested for Covid-19 because I believe that the 'Swabs" have the virus on them and they are giving this virus to people. I may be paranoid but im afraid that If I go back to work soon, they may have a mandatory testing for us before we can go back to work. Is there any other type of ways for them to test us besides "Swabbing"?

I was able to create a Username and password on the Unemployment website, but as soon as I tried to file a new claim, It keeps saying my social security number and birthdate is incorrect. I tried calling the 866 500 0017, but all I get is direct hang ups, or if it goes through the entire automated process, it keeps saying agents are busy, then hangs up on me. Im in Michigan and theres NO other alternatives on who to contact. I have tried applying over a week. Is there any help out there for anyone like me ?

My boyfriend gives me great advice when helping me on certain situations, but it seems like if I agree with his advice, he wants me to do things HIS way because he feels its "Best", but when I decide to do things "MY" way, he gets an attitude. Hes older than me and I understand how helpful he is, but its getting to the point that if me and my adult son( Not his father) makes decisions on our own without his input, he gets an attitude. My son is in school and works full time and stays with me and helps me with the bills. Should I talk to my boyfriend on this matter ?

My son has a adult step brother that was living with his other brother on and off for several years. He was homeless and the other brother took him in and helped him get a job. Once the adult step brother found another place to stay, he vanishes into thin air. No calls, no reason why he left, nothing. Unfortunately, every time things didn't work living somewhere else, the adult stepbrother pops back into the other brothers life and gives him a sob story and the other brother takes him back under his wing. Well, last week the other brother refused to let him back in after ANOTHER disappearing act he did 2 months ago.

Now the adult step brother trying to call me for help, but I refused to answer. I texted him and told him to get in contact with his dad ( My sons Father) and ask if him and his stepmom could help. I told him I can't have him living at my home. My son says he never calls him or talks to him. He never calls me either, until the other day for the first time. I also gave the adult step brother info to shelters that will help him transition to work and residence of his own. Am I being wrong for not letting him stay with me ?

I live in a subdivision where they have rules and regulations about cars and trucks that sits for a long time and doesn't use them. I have a trailblazer that sits in front of my house with a bad transmission. Im trying to sell it, but the neighbor from hell keeps calling the Homeowners association on my truck. She can't prove to them that its not running due to my tags are updated, but shes a noisey neighbor that has no life but to look out her window. I have no where to store it right now and Im trying to sell it, but no one gave me an offer on it. but I need to do something fast before the Homeowners Association comes out to investigate. I have 2 cars in my garage already. How can I get this resolved ?

I have a 2003 Chevy trailblazer. The transmission is bad and Im just trying to move the truck back about 12 feet into another parking spot without having to go pay for a new battery. Even if I did get a new battery, I can roll it back by myself. Whats the best place to call to help me out ?

My nephew is cheating on his girlfriend and he keeps coming to complain that the girl hes cheating with is angry at him because he was at the ballgame and someone took a picture of him and another female there and sent the pic to the girl he's cheating with and he's trying to convince to me that he wasn't there together with her. They just so happen to be at the same place together. My nephew is also blaming my son for talking to the lady hes cheating with putting things in her head for her to have these trust issues. Now remind you, the girl that was at the Ballgame, he WAS trying to get with her at one point, but he (Tells) me he didnt go through with it.

I was pricked by someones diabetic needle cleaning at my job and im freaking out about waiting for a week for the test results. They did give me a Tetanus shot and drew some blood to check for any diseases and the companies physician said to come back for a followup. I was pricked, but it didnt break the skin, but im still freaking out because im so afraid i caught something

Has anyone ever used A Metro PCS phone account on a Carnival Cruise ? I needed to make an Important conference call while Im at Sea going towards Aruba, Grand Turk, and Curacao. Does anyone know If I have to pay additional charges and If I do, will the call actually go through while im at Sea ? Im 43 years old. I pay my own bills, I have 2 jobs, and my adult son lives with me and helps me with my bills and chores. I love my boyfriend with all my heart. My son is 25 years old. He lives with me and goes to college and works full time. Sometimes I let him bring his girlfriend over to spend time with him for a few days.

My son became sick over the holiday weekend. He was admitted to the hospital because the antibiotics he had already wasn't working, so the doctors decided to give him something stronger and observe him overnight. On Christmas day, the hospital discharged him. We both go home and we both ate and took a nap. When I woke up, my son's girlfriend was there. My son never told me ahead of time that she was coming over. That really irritated me, on top I stayed by his bedside and missed work to make sure he is well. Now they both expecting to spend the rest of his sick days off together, in our home. What should I say without blowing my top?
