For those of you who have a 2/13 DD date for your income tax return check your bank account. I checked for ours at 12:45 am this morning (2/13) and it was in our bank account.

We are using our tax refunds which should be around $5000 combined to help pay for some of our wedding expenses.

Monday my fiancee will finally be home from the month long training course she has been conduction out of town. Since we haven't seen each other in a month, I thought it would be nice to get her something sexy to wear like a nightie or a teddy. I told her that I wanted to get her something special for Monday and she gave me her size.

The first two stores I went to, the ladies working in that section acted like I had no business shoping in that department. I even had one tell me that she didn't think they had anything I would be interested in and I should go else where.

Since when is it a crime for a guy to shop for a nightie, teddy, etc for his gf/fiancee/wife.

Well it looks like we might have found the site for our May 2008 wedding ceremony and reception. It's called Parkway by the Lake and they offer an outside ceremony under a tent and a reception inside. The price would be $60 a person, but that includes:

5 hours open bar

It includes everything that we wanted and at a pretty good price.

Other than an engagement ring, have you ever given your gf/bf something else other than that. I plan to take my gf/fiancee to Walt Disney World in Febuary as an extra special engagement gift because she has been talking for awhile about wanting to go.

I just started looking at Engagement rings and there are so many choices out there, so I was wondering what would be a good price range to start with. I was thinking $1000-$1500, but I don't know if that is seen as being to cheap or not.

I was just wondering if any other women other than my gf would have yes to this even though you weren't feeling 100%.

If your boyfriends condo complex had just gotten sprayed for bugs and it made his unit smell really bad and he couldn't stay there until it airs out, would you let him stay at your place even if you had a little cold and weren't feeling 100%. I told her I was willing to sleep on the couch since it would be saving me $$$ and she wasn't feeling well. Plus I told her this way, I could take care of her and she had no problem with that.

Thanks for your feedback. Like I said I will be getting a nice suit down the line, but in the time being this is what I got.

Now another idea is wearing grey pants with the blue sportcoat. Here is an idea of what it looks like because this is the exact sport coat, shirt and pants that I bought. The tie would be different because of the grey pants.

Ok here is the issue. I know I need to get a suit at some point just incase, but up to now I have never needed one. I have a 4:30 wedding tommorrow that I'm going to with my gf and I was planing to wear the following:

-Very nice navy blue Ralph Lauren sportcoat

-Very nice pair of tan Nautica dress pants

-White RBM Shirt

-Very nice blue Nautica tie with gold and tan stripes

-Tan socks

-Florsheim Burgundy dress oxford shoes

-Burgundy dress belt.

My gf figured that I had a suite, but understood that I really have never had a need for one. She seems ok with what I'm wearing, but what do you women think.

We agreed that at some point later in the year we would go suit shopping for me since we will be going to events that I need one for.

Well my gf just got back from Italy earlier today and I'm so glad she did. She told me she missed me and all that kind of stuff, but then said something (good) that confused me.

She mentioned that while she was gone she realized that she really LOVED me. I mentioned that I already knew that she loved me, and she said yes, but I really really LOVE you.

Is there two types of love that a couple can have. Love and the LOVE.

Obviously this is a very very good thing, but its just something I never knew before.
