My boss was vying for a promotion and he seemed to think going after me was a good idea. I've been somewhat supported by my workplace and I still have my job, but am trying to figure out how to handle this. Eventually, I'll leave. Can't afford to do that now.

Just moved to a town over 7000 ft. Many of my cookbooks don't address altitude, although some do. Can anyone provide some tips on what I might change to recipes for baking over a mile high? Thanks

They aren't my favorite fruit, but I'd like to eat more, take some to work. I'm interested in recipes for anything from cut/raw apples (i.e. add a little cinnamon) to cooked apples. But it should be quick and portable. Thanks!

I don't understand the term.

A "neighbor" is often outside his home when I come and go and I just surprised him at 9 PM at night doing some yard work right next to my fence at a spot that also happens to be where I leave the screen door open. Is he a good samaritan? A nosy jerk? A pervert? How do you decide these things? And when does it become a real problem?

I have an Acer Aspire netbook and I'm deciding whether to upgrade. 1.5 GB of RAM is the limit.

Anyone know of resources for the people who've been abused by individuals with mental health disorders? (e.g., bipolar disorder) I see a lot of information to 'assist' the person with the disease. What about the coworkers, friends etc. who become the unwitting victims of these people?

I work with a woman who exhibits clear symptoms of bipolar disorder I (her supervisor has come to the same conclusion but legal issues have prevented him from getting her help..yet). Meanwhile, she has begun to imitate me in dress and manner. This woman doesn't like me - and she has made me a target for some time. Can someone explain the imitation? Is it malice? Is it jealousy? I'd like to understand.

I nearly always get migraines above my right eye...the latest migraine was centered in my left temple, above my left eye. Anyone else ever experience this?

One of my coworkers has erratic emotional problems. Many ups intermixed with a few downs. Her symptoms fit the description of bipolar disorder, but there is no way I could approach her about it (I know she has problems because I've been on the receiving end). I've been avoiding her as best as I can and she's alienating more and more of her coworkers so it's just a matter of time before some new blow-up occurs.

Has anyone encountered this sort of problem? How did you deal with it?

I'm muddling through taxes and the forms I've printed out have already killed a tree. Is there a quick way to summarize (in plain English) why you'd choose one form over the other?
