WHy?

I am almost 30, happily married & with two children. Problem is that my mother is a drug addict & has been one for over 15 years. She's been in & out of rehab & jail even. She's been married recently but to a low-life ex-con who only enabled her drug use. I recently made her go back to rehab after she relapsed - she was living in my house when this happened & I didn't want that around my kids. She relapsed while in rehab & has been out in the streets for a month now. WTF do I do? I love her so much but my 1st responsibilty is to my kids & husband. She at least has called me every monday from a strange number the past few weeks but has yet to contact me this week. I'm just scared. Anyone else go thru this crap with loved ones? I want to give her tough love & be all hard a$$ but I love her. She is a good women when she's clean. Help anyone. No smarta$$ answers!!!

My baby is only a month old & I am breastfeeding. The past few weeks i've noticed my appetite growing way out of control. I drink tons of water & don't skip meals. Does anyone have any tips to hedge the hunger? I was lucky to quickly get into my pre-preggers jeans rather quickly after the birth (which wasn't the case with my first baby) but all this could change if I can't get it together. Believe me, I stretch & warm up prior to & after jogging. I am a jogging newbie, but I have properly raised my endurance level over time gradually to pick up the pace. I jog on a level dirt area so the ground isn't an issue. It never fails...I always end up with some pain post-run on the shin area above the ankle. Do any seasoned joggers have any advice on how I can alleviate the pain? Are there any specific stretches that target the shin area? Do I have to live with pain? Help! ((Only answers from REAL joggers please))
