5 years ago I got a loan for my mum.

The loan was in my name but I gave the money to my mum to help her out financially, on the understanding she would pay it every month. Which we both agreed.

She didn't..

And I didn't find out until 2 years ago.

So now MY credit file has a CCJ on it.

The CCJ is dated 5 years ago so I assume she never paid a penny towards it?

Anyway. As it will be 6 years next year that the CCJ has been on there, will it then disappear after the 6 years?

Will the CCJ just be removed from my credit file automatically? Or do I have to do something to get it removed? It will have been on there over 6 years next year so just need advice for when that happens.

I want to sell it so need to wipe everything and basically have it back to when i bought it new...

I don't want or need a gmail account. I already have one with yahoo. But I use google play all the time. Can I delete my gmail account but still use google play?

Im currently with Sky. Tv (movies/sports ect), phone & Unlimited broadband.

Although im very happy with the tv service and sky+ box & phone, our broadband is absolutely dire. We are meant to be getting 15mb/s we actually get 1mb/s.

So as im out of contract with sky, I thought id start shopping around. Virgin fibre optic seems to be the fastest around and we are in a virgin area so im thinking of keeping sky tv but moving to virgin for internet and phone?

Should I?

What are their speeds like? do they actually deliver on the 'up to 100mb/s' speeds?

Does it often cut out? is it reliable?

is it worth it? please help?

p.s. ive spoken to sky about our crap speeds and they say that's the fastest it can be right now?

I work in a tradeshop, and have been late a handful of times since Jan 13.

I always tell my manager why I was late and apologize

and he ALWAYS says "no worries, it's fine"

But I have just been told I'm having a disciplinary meeting about my lateness and I could be sacked!

I just need to know if I can be sacked because I've never had a verbal or written warning.

I worked as a fork lift driver in a warehouse for 4 years

a member of staff in the tradeshop was sacked for stealing, and my boss offered me his job.

said it was better money ect.. so i took the job.

i started work in the tradeshop and was being trained by the tradeshop manager.

i was there for 2 weeks, and the manager signed off sick with depression.

i was basically told by my boss to carry on with the job, on my own, after only being partially trained for 2 weeks. (the manager blamed stress of the job for the reason of depression)

i have not had ANY break, lunch or any sort of 'sit down' time for over 2 months now, have been told i cant take any holiday or sick until they get someone in to cover me

(i suppose ill have to train them up too? even though i cant do everything myself now)

and the best bit, im also doing the managers work while he is off but have not got any pay rise or even any thanks, support and general recognition for the work im doing?

what should i do?

how can i sort this situation out?

i feel like going off with depression too?

im stressed out too!...

help please.

the main character is a child,

the games levels are all in black and white and shades of grey and shadows,

i think its meant to be quite a scary game?

but there were a couple of duff matches, and the fact they put in kid rock over the tag match was a bit stupid i thought ?

but overall great

also did you see the hall of fame induction the night before ?

that was great too

now yeah this game is brilliant

and the graphics are superb

a great improvement on the first KILLZONE

but that took me nearly 2-3 days to complete that one...

do you think that this is too short for a game i just spent £30 on or am i being to fussy ?

in my opinion this was the game of the season, and maybe one of united's best premier league matches
