  • URGENT: I Need An Inexpensive Enclosed Trailer In South West Florida. Do You Know Of One?

Hello Yahoo Answers Friends, If you know ANYONE that has an inexpensive enclosed trailer available in the SW Florida area, please let me know as soon as possible.

My daughter and I are caught in the middle of an ugly probate case, and we need to be able to move out of the house (that we own half of) on a moments notice. We are being evicted and money is really tight because I am on workmens comp for a spine injury.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

  • HELP: Dad & Daughter in PORT CHARLOTTE Being Evicted by brother 5 Days To Respond?

    Hi Yahoo Answers Friends,

You don't know us, but I am hoping someone out there can help. We are going to be evicted from my mom's home, My daughter (12) and I moved here to help her, she died just before Christmas, 2004. I recieved a notice from a deputy today, saying I have five days to respond.

My brother in Vermont, is the executor of the estate. He is not running things properly and when a probate court hearing could not determine wether we should pay rent and if so, how much, he proceeded with a civil eviction.

The house is un-repaired since Hurricane Charley. The estate has the insurance money. We’ve been patient, keep it from falling apart, hoping the others would "do the right thing" and give us a chance to keep it. We are 50% benefactors; the estate lawyer sent us a letter telling us they are filing an eviction BEFORE they fix the house.

  • Need Help - Port Charlotte - Probate - Eviction - Heartache - Any Ideas?

Maybe someone can help us. We are going to be evicted from my mom's home, My daughter (12) and I moved here to help her, she died before Christmas. Even worse, last April, I got hurt on the job and blew out discs in my back and have been on workmen's comp since. I’m in pain, going to need 2 surgeries, and this doctor scares me. My savings are almost gone, workmen's comp is only $560 every 2 weeks, I'm worried about what’s going to happen to us, we only have each other. Lawyers want $2,500 - $5,000 retainers. Any ideas, know of a cheap trailer to put our stuff in, know an inexpensive place we can rent, know a lawyer willing to help, please let us know.

  • PLEASE HELP: Enclosed Trailer Needed (Southwest Florida): Do you have a trailer you want to get rid of?

It's a long story, but my daughter and I are going through probate for the house we live in. It was my mother's home and when she died just before Christmas, the house became part of a very ugly probate process.

Even though we are 50% benefactors in the will, we are about to get evicted.

I have injured my back and am due to get an operation so money's very tight right now.

We need an enclosed trailer to put our belongings into so that if the eviction goes through, we can pack up quickly.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

    Scott

  • Please HELP: How much to budget for back to School Shopping for 12 Year old girl going into 7th grade?

My 12 year old daughter is going into 7th grade and I fear imminent bankruptcy due to her tastes in clothing. She says it is what everybody is wearing. I guess everyone is extremely wealthy to do all of their shopping at Pacsun and Wet Seal. $35 - $45 dollars for a t-shirt?

How much are you budgeting, how many new outfits do you expect to get? Do you have any tips for me? I really feel like I’m failing when it comes to the needs of PRE-TEEN style. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • Rowling to kill two in final Potter book, Who do you think it will be?

Children and adults are expected to rush and buy the final Harry Potter novel in their tens of millions when it is complete, and if the publication of the sixth book is anything to go by, secrecy surrounding the plot will be tight.

Rowling has already said that the final chapter of the seventh book was written long ago.

"The final chapter is hidden away, although it's now changed very slightly," she said in an interview broadcast on Monday on Britain's Channel 4. "One character got a reprieve, but I have to say two die that I didn't intend to die."

When asked to be more specific, she added: "No, I'm not going to commit myself, because I don't want the hate mail or anything else."

She did explain that she understood an author's desire to kill off the main character of a successful series.

"I've never been tempted to kill him (Harry) off before the end of book seven, because I always planned seven books and that's where I want to go.

"I can completely understand, however, the mentality of an author who thinks 'Well, I'm going to kill them off because that means there can be no non-author-written sequels ... so it will end with me, and after I'm dead and gone they won't be able to bring back the character'."

Rowling, 40, wrote the first Harry Potter adventure when she was an unemployed single mother, but has gone on to become one of the richest authors in history with a personal fortune estimated at more than $1 billion.

The Harry Potter series has sold an estimated 300 million copies worldwide.

  • Just for fun. What kind of a dog is this?

His name is Finny and he is the greatest dog we have ever had. He is friend to all, cats included. Many people think he is a mutt, and some say that he is a purebred of an obscure breed.

Just for fun, what do you think he is?

You can see him right here:

  • If a terrorist attack is successful...?

If a terrorist attack is successful, no one is doing there job , but if a terrorist attack is foiled, people doub't it ever existed.

I read this in the news:

"The possibility (of an attack) will always exists, you can't stop living," said Terrie Coles, 52, office manager for an engineering firm, as she headed inside the 110-story building. "I just hope and pray that people are doing their jobs to keep us safe," she added, but "I'm skeptical the plot even existed."
