I switched to a different wall jack and it was able to connect. Theories?

The AT&T wi-fi router is currently set up through the phone jack in the kitchen. Could I set up a router for Comcast internet on the phone jack located in my bedroom? Not sure if two routers linked to two different services would work on a single phone line.

My roommate has AT&T. It sucks. Whenever she is on her laptop watching Hulu my online game on the PS3 freezes or lags horribly. It's like the ISP can't handle the two devices running on the Wi Fi at the same time? Her router is out in the kitchen and I have an additional phone jack in my bedroom. My question is can I buy my own wireless router and get Comcast or something different installed? Is that possible since we both use the same phone line, albeit separate phone jacks?

While everyone else seems to be happy-go-lucky, I'm kept up at night worried and scared about mine and my loved ones impending demise. Religion offers me no comfort because I'm agnostic. I literally am in tears thinking about what's going to happen to me after I die. I'm looking everywhere on the Internet for solace and find nothing. Nobody has any answers that aren't available to me as well... And the horrifying answer is: who knows? What is wrong with me? I want to just forget about death for a while.. It never used to keep me up at night...

The idea of one-god-only was supposedly invented by ancient Israelites, led by a man named Abraham who came out of Mesopotamia. Did they teach that other gods worshipped by Egypt and Mesopotamia (the surrounding areas) were non-existence and fictional..or did they believe that they were real entities that just shouldn't be worshipped? The God of Abraham (the One God) said he was a jealous god, for example... does that mean there are other gods to be jealous of?

I have a question for wise, more knowledgeable persons concerning the copying of Home data from the Saved Data Utility (PS3) file onto a USB Drive or Memory Stick. I recently did this so that if my ps3 hardrive was destroyed, or I had to buy a new PS3 for any reason, I could copy onto the new hard-drive my Home data, specifically character settings! I made my avatar's face exactly how I want it a long time ago using a pre-set that does not exist anymore... So if I ever had to remake it from scratch I could not duplicate it. Has anyone ever saved Home Character Settings onto a USB, and uploaded or copied it to a new PS3 and went on Home to find the avatar settings exactly the same? This would be a great relief to me to hear because I am deathly afraid of losing the settings for my avatar's face, which I previously said, is now unattainable due to the fact that Home retired a certain pre-set I used and would need if ever starting over again...

Imagine a girl you hardly know calls you at 1:00 am sounding half asleep and asks "Is it considered cheating if you get raped?" No, of course it isn't! You exclaim. Why do you ask? Are you okay? "a friend of mine asked me that" she replies. My question is: what am I to think from this odd exchange? Should I be concerned here?

I thought about this question while watching the Crazies, where an American manufactured biological weapon-virus accidentally gets exposed to a small town when a plane carrying the agent crashes in their river. If America created such a weapon would they not also simultaneously create a cure for the specific virus?

At the end, does the spinner seem to be spinning indefinitely or does it wobble signifying it would eventually stop. What's your interpetation: Cobb's happy ending a dream or reality??

Is it a ploy for sympathy, an excuse for erratic personalities, or what? Also, how often do you wonder if they're telling the truth?

So, yesterday me and this girl were supposed to go to a restaurant on a date. I texted her if 6:30 would be fine? She texts back: "Yea sounds good call me at 4:30 ok". I call at 4:30 and she doesn't pick up. A half hour later I try again and she still doesn't answer. Finally, after an hour goes by I text the pathetic nice guy line: "Hey. U taking a nap? It's ok. We can always reschedule if you want to. :)" It's now the next day and still ... nothing. I'm not going to make any more attempts to contact her anymore since yesterday at 6:00, but besides that what should I do, if anything? Any ideas on what to say if it's a lame excuse when she finally, if ever, contacts me? I've been out with her twice before and seemed to hit it off with her. In fact, the second date, bowling, was set up by her. lol.

As a Pisces, when I become intimately involved with someone else I give all of myself to the person, thereby losing myself in them. It seems my whole orbit centers around them. The trouble is when the relationship ends I feel really lost and hurt. How can I have satisfying relationships without losing myself and staying true to who I am?
