I removed my old water heater..,?
and installed a new Rheem 40 gallon. Hooked up everything properly .By the letter.I go to turn on the water and all I get is a bunch of brown water and a trickle of hot or cold if anything at all and a lot of air hissing? This is weird?

a old sunroom .It is in bad shape and needs to rebuilt properly. I need to put a new 2x6x20ft PT ledger board on the house, it going to need (15) 2x6x12 rafters to a 4x6x20 PT beam.The rafters are doug fir, and I need to know how many 4x4 posts I need and there spacing to support it code wise. I looked in a lumber beam conversion table but didn't get it ?

For materials and labor. I dont want to be taken to the cleaners. Just the concrete is apprx 12 cubic yards, is equal to #1000 (40)LB bags of sacrete which costs 2000.00 itself, but one would probley get it a little cheaper from a cement mixing company I would imagine?

A cement truck is bringing it. Close is i can get to the truck is about 40 feet from where is slab is being laid. How do you get the or is there a better way than wheel barrows. I cant afford to have it pumped either ?

The roof is this tan colored membrane cover that looks like its heated together to form a bond unlike roof with adhesive or glue of some kind. Its almost like a leather look but more soft, but strong enough to make a good seal. Does anybody know what kind of roofing material this is? Here is a picture of it.

with the typical elevated patio and 3 foot railings. I want to build a cover for it but i dont know where from and the spacing for the uprite vertical supports. I was thinking of putting 4x4 onto the hand railing every other panel., but but the 4x4 supports only go down a few feet band are not touching the ground.So it would essentially just be sitting on top of the horizontal wood and not mounted very strong. I was thinking the supports may have to be anchored to the ground in cement pillars.The roof is going to consist of (28) 2x6x8s and (35) 1x1 and lite corragated steel on top.Anyone have an idea how this should be done/ Its 800 cu foot roof?
