I get sex from my wife once a month. We have a busy life with 3 young kids. It usually is a weekend where she had some drinks to relax and kids fall asleep early. That’s when I get some. 

For the Moms out there can you educate me as a male in mid 30s on what I can do? 

We need a new vehicle soon, but we received a bankruptcy discharge 5 months ago. We have re-established our credit score to a little under 700. We have a small credit card to get some credit back. We have pretty good income with hardly any bills.

I didn’t want to be embarrassed when financing. Do you think I would be given a loan? Thx

doesn’t get his way he cries and it can last for a long time. I’ve tried timeout, putting him outside when he cries, but nothing I do works. Any advice on what will stop this?

I wanted to get thoughts on this. Would it be ok to delay wedding anniversary and go a couple of weeks later? I was thinking something we both liked doing before kids such as an amusement park for the day.

With two little kids she does bring them to day care in the morning. I always pick them up. However I get home usually an hour earlier than her. Baths, homework, feeding kids is on me.

I guess I should accept it, but it frustrates me when she walks in the door and kids are already bathed.

If I complain about it, it will turn into a fight.

We both make good money and her job is important. Sometimes I just get frustrated.

I am 31, have a wife and 2 little kids. Our food, mortgage, car payments are up to date. I enrolled in debt settlement as I cannot afford my credit card bills. I don’t care about credit score at this time. After reviewing the budget we have about $100 left over after the month and all expenses and groceries are paid.

In 4 months I will get a bonus to knock off car payments. This will get us to $700 after expenses. I think we will get some stress off of us then.

I am looking for tips. I know we cannot eat out or get fast food. I’m scared and I feel I have failed my family. Wife and I had terrible spending habits and paying for it now. Debt settlement is out only option for the next 2 years. However I look forward to being debt free in 2 years and start with a clean slate.

We have 2 young kids so we have the family stress. My Mom left my dad after 30 years of marriage (6 yrs ago). I always have it in my head that my wife may leave me. So I am always looking into things.

My wife told me she always tells me how it is and there isn't a hidden meaning behind it. For example she said why don't you lay down with our son so he can nap. I took that as she didn't want to spend time with me.

However when we do we make the best of it and the night ends up having sex. Few nights ago while kids stayed the night at grandparents she said "take your pants off" as soon as we got home. I know once a month is not a lot, but with young kids, busy schedule and 1 child sleeping in our room it's tough. It's a phase and I know we will get busy again soon.

Wondering if I should be sad like others ?

At the time we had a 3 and 1 year old. I am not trying to brag, but out of all our friends I am the dad that bust his butt the most. I was unhappy b/c I felt that she was not into me as we didn't have time alone.

She is really into her mom role, but I felt alone. Since then things have got better. We have our stress still with some finances, work and normal life. However, I am happy with our family and marriage.

I think what I said a year ago affected her and I understand why, but I wanted to be honest. The issue is I tell her I am happy and I don't think she believes me. We don't have too many deep conversations and I try to show her in any ways that I can that I love her.

Any suggestions?

I don't care that my wife went. I pick up the kids and got home and sometimes it's stressful after a long days of work. I told her I felt disrespected as she didn't let me known I don't care about her going, I was mad because I was taking care of the kids and making dinner. Just wanted a heads up.

Am I wrong to ask her to just let me know?

I have other kind that will be paid off in 2.5 years. I will be ok then. However, I am not betting any profit from my job versus my monthly debt. I don't want interest to eat me up. Do I have any options besides paying the minimum each month? Thanks!

it's worth a good amount. I took the big stone out and made a ring for my now wife. There are 2 smaller diamonds that I was thinking of getting them molded together and cut in thirds. I can then give it to my brother, and 2 cousins.

My wife and I do not have a lot of people in the area to watch the kids. We go out by ourselves a handful of times through the year. However we can still go out with friends if 1 of us stays behind. Is that healthy?

She probably goes out a little more than me, but I don't mind. I think I may need to make more of an effort to see my friends. However my kids are 2 and 4 and I feel bad not spending time with them.

I feel like a robot most days. Wife and I may say a couple words to each other after getting everything done. Then off to sleep and repeat.

Not trying to complain, but it feels wife and I are roommates. Kind of blah relationship.
