It is really annoying when I'm in an alert and someone decides to leave. In these situations I usually end up as group leader and everyone says "re-open instance". How do I do this/initiate a vote to re-open? I've learnt how to promote other members of the group so they can do it but I'm done with feeling like a noob for not knowing how to re-open instance myself.

Any help is muchly appreciated.

I'm having problems with my Indesit WIDL126 washer dryer. I'm sure it's a problem with the above mentioned. I've cleared as much surface lint as I can reach but there's still more in there. Can anyone tell me how to access this part to clear it?

I was told my buyer had sent payment on the 13th of October. It is now the 15th of October and in my ebay it says I have been paid. However in paypal there is no sign on the payment.

Does it usually take this long?
