“Never let anyone tell you that there’s nothing that you can’t do.” Should the word be “nothing” or should it be “something”? Does the sentence make sense as is?

My dad has mental problems and he’s been in and out of the mental hospital multiple times. He has a ton of outbursts and he has a lot of anger toward myself, my sister & my mom—he blames us for all of his problems in life and has a ton of anger and hatred towards us. Last night, he and my mom had a huge fight (way bigger than “normal”) and now my sister and I are scared that he’s going to hurt us or maybe even kill us. We tell our mom that we’re scared he might do something, but she’s in denial and says “he wouldn’t do that.” I know what he’s capable of, he nearly punched me in the face for no reason once when he was having a psychotic outburst and I was only 16 at the time. His family doesn’t live in the same state as us & they don’t want him at their house so sending him to live with them isn’t an option. If you have any suggestions about what I could do or say to my mom so that this doesn’t happen, please comment. I’m open to all suggestions. Thank you.

So later on today, I'm babysitting a 4 year old (boy) and a 6 year old (girl) and I'm not really sure what to do with them. I'm watching them from 6-11:30 and I'm thinking they should be out around like 9:30-10 the latest (I guess we'll see). So while they're up, what should I do with them?

I was texting him 2 nights ago and I told him I was going to sleep and he said to text him later. Should I text him now?

My cousin went into the hospital yesterday because he was choking and stopped breathing for a while.. The doctors said it didn't look good & he wouldn't make it. He was put on life support and was barely breathing on his own.. He wasn't responding and they thought he might be brain dead if he ever did wake up.... Today, they found that he had liquid going into his brain and into his lungs. He opened his eyes today and was drooling because of all the liquid in his lungs.. His eyes kind of responded to light today. About 20 minutes ago, we got a text that said they just unplugged my cousin from life support and the doctors say he should be gone by morning... Can you all please take a minute of your time and pray for him to be healed and for my family? We need as many prayers as we can get, they're all greatly appreciated.. Thank you so much...

I'm having this huge dilemma. It's summer and it's 7:56 AM. I really wanted to go on a run but I'm also really tired (I went to sleep at like 3). I'm ganna do the insanity workout later today, too. So, should I run or should I go back to sleep?
