He's about one and a half years old. I don't know why but just for curiosity I was holding him today and for the first time decided to check out the condition of his teeth, as I pulled his lips up and opened his little mouth, the first tooth I touched is slightly wobbling, one of the two large top fangs. I was very gentle and didn't agitate it or anything but it appears to be loose even with a light pressure. All the other teeth are solid and perfect. He's 100% indoors kitty so he didn't have a fight, there's no bruises or evidence of any trauma or bleeding on his lips and gums at the base of the tooth so it's unlikely to be accidental damage. I never give him bones, the hardest thing he eats are the kitty cookies AKA dry cat food, that's after I give him a meal of the soft canned kitty food.

Also the tooth is not chipped or broken at all.

Could he be changing teeth at this age? I need to know the best thing for him he's my only child. I only discovered the loose tooth about 12 hours ago. I've decided to give him only soft canned food in gravy and hope it will set properly, and ask you cat people if this is a problem and some ideas on what's going on. I really don't want the little guy to lose a tooth, especially one of the largest fangs that cats have.

Oh and also he appears to be very comfortable and in no pain, even when I jiggled the tooth gently.

I have an IDE ribbon cable with capacity to connect 5 devices. From memory I think it's from a mainframe, and it's over 1.5 meters long. But still I don't get how 5 devices can work on one IDE channel.

Just after information on how these work and their purpose if any.

I'm fitting a Pentium 4 mainboard into an older case that does not have the CPU power supply. The standard 2 yellow and 2 black wires. 2 x 12v and 2 x ground.

Just to be sure, is there any problem with jacking the power from a free IDE power supply?

And can I successfully group the 2 yellow together and the 2 black together or should all 4 wires have their unique supply?

Or is there any other problem or caution with doing this?
