we are getting our first house and have 2 of each (one set is ours and one set left with the house). i would like to sell those and put the money towards a new set that uses the least amount of water and energy. we do have a closeline that i use most of the time, but winters and rainy days are not as conducive to drying as summer sunshine is!

also, for those who are owners - what kind do you have and how satisfied are you with your energy efficient washer and dryer?

I got some of the Christmas season Coke-a-Cola bottles and they are a really cool shape this year with a raised 'logo' on the front - I have a project I want to do with them for gifts, but need to get the 'nutritional label' that is like baked on paint - not the peal off kind (darn!) I have tried scraping with a knife, doesn't work, and sanding. the sanding works a bit, but also scratches the glass and I would like to avoid that if possible.

Any suggestions???

I have a picture of the part, and a generic diagram that shows it should go on the steering column, but it is a floor shift auto. It seems to me the safety switch would go near the gear shift lever if it is on the floor.

They said it would take 3 days to get the part in, and I want to be ready to install ASAP cause it's getting colder and I don't want to spend unnecessary time looking for it!

Also, is there anything else I need to know to install this part? I don't have access to a Chillens for it so I am great full for any help! Thanks!!!

it is porculine(sp - sorry!) and i would like to make it shine again! it is rough in the areas it is stained... please any ideas! (have tried lime away, baking soda, bleach...)

but in sploches it is smooth! it is mostly under and around fauset/drain area that it is rough. i have tried products like 'lime away' and bleach, and scrubbing with baking soda, but can't get it clean... HELP!!!

I have had my hormones checked out and dr said they are within normal limits so i have not started menopause yet. i am now having my first period in 15 years so am happy about that because i am wanting to get PG. my husband and i have been trying for a year - but still nothing. could norplant have messed up my chances of getting PG? is there anything i can try?

I have put "good for the earth and people too" spray down,but

my daughter says it tasted bad!(dont ask how she knows) but we've been through 3 couches and these arent very nice(thrift store) but still its nice to come home without "snow" inside the house.any ideas welcome,maybe keep him in her room when we leave???:}
