Applied for a credit card with a 500.00 pre approved limit...Small fee to open the account and activate. I should have checked it out and ran a rip off report and didn't like what I saw as how the company handles their customers and fee increases, applying payments, etc. Can I can the card and am I still responsible for the fees? I don't need the card, just trying to re establish after a bankruptcy and want a small line of credit. Even so..I'm not sure if I can just cancel it and not use it. Thanks in advance for the help!!

Need some help on a good allergy shampoo...Was reading about Malaseb Shampoo, as I have a Jack Russell Terrier, 5 years old, she gets allergies all summer for the past 2 summers. She scratches the heck out of her belly, and chews her paws. Took her to the vet last summer, gave her a allergy shot, which didn't help and told me to give her benedryl. Didn't help either. Symptoms went away after the weather cooled. I've changed her diet to Lamb and Rice, hoping that will give some relief, as was suggested by the vet as well. Also read about an anti-allergen dog food?? Anyone know of anything that would help with the itching and allergies? Got her babies (3) and none of them seem to have these symptoms at all Thanks!!

Ok..I've got a light mint green paint for bedroom walls, the color is too bright for the room (almost flourescent) and I want to add color to it to make it a celery green. What color do I add to it?? I don't want to buy a whole gallon, but fix what I have if possible. Do I stay in the green family and add some brown color to it? Thanks for any input!

Got a new puppy and he's had pee accidents and I'm trying to get the odor out. I've searched online and found that vinegar and water does the trick to eliminate the odor. I was wondering if anyone has ever used the vinegar and water in the rug shampooer. I wanted to try and see if it worked by using the rug shampooer and dilute the solution to see if I can eliminate the odor and do the whole carpet this way? Other than Natures Miracle and saturating the entire carpet, the vinegar seems to be working. I just didn't want to use the shampooer if it would ruin the shampooer, it's fairly new. I figured that if you can clean a coffee maker with the vinegar it wouldn't hurt to use it in the shampooer, any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hey everyone.....got a new puppy, he's about 3 1/2 months old....he's still going thru the potty training and does pretty well, but does have his accidents. I've got other pups, but, with him he does have accidents and when he does, his urine has a very strong ammonia smell...almost eye burning!! He's 1/2 Lab, 1/2 Chow and seems to eat and do his poops fine. I'm going to call the vet Monday morning as I'm concerned he may have a kidney infection, and was concerned on whether or not the pups have different levels of urine smell..I've never encountered this strong of a smell....He drinks a ton of water, as soon as I put a bowl of water down, he'll drink the whole bowl and then it comes back out. Other than the strong odor of pee, he acts like your typical puppy and semms to do fine. Any advice would be helpful!!!

I manage a payday loan company, first time with a customer filing bankruptcy (chapter 7) I know the new laws had the changes to the amounts of median income, credit courses required, etc, but....I have a customer that just took out a loan on 10-29-2008...Filed BK on 11/03/2008. He did this with 2 other companies, basically within a couple days of the loans turned around and filed bk...Isn't this considered fraud? I know I can file a claim after I get notification from the courts, but seems to me that this individual basically borrowed the money with all intent to use for retainer fees and now has filed. Can we do anything about this with the bk courts? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Ok..this is gonna sound weird..but...first experience with a deaf puppy and all is fine, but...she's deaf and barks high pitched. I had her spayed last week, and she doesn't bark high pitched any more, it's more of a boof...Is this a hormone thing?? LOL....I'm not sure, I'm kind of glad if it is, because the high pitched bark can drive you nuts sometimes. She learning sign language and all, just not sure why she's not barking like she used to. Any ideas, suggestions? Is it possible to have this happen now that she's spayed? Thanks!

Ok..I've got 4 jack russell/chihauaha mix pups...10 months old now..love them to death, but.....they are driving my husband nuts...If we are sitting in the living room and he gets up to get something in another room, and I'm sitting on the couch, they go absolutely nuts and bark at him, same if he gets up in the morning and showers before me, one of the pups he has to take in the bathroom with him so she'll stop..she's deaf, but..even after he brings her in there, they still bark at him. If I'm sleeping and he walks up to me they bark, I can see that as protecting me, but.. I don't know what to do to get them to stop. As long as he's sitting still, they don't do a thing, they sit with him, play with him, sit with me and do fine, it's just when he gets up and moves. He's not getting up fast or anything either, I'm just at a loss as to what to do. Thanks!

Ok...this is gonna sound dumb...but I guess I never paid much attention and just answered questions. When looking at questions today, why am I only able to view questions from 18 or 19 hours ago, and not being able to view the current questions posted. If I look in the sub categories, ex: business/finance, then look in personal finance it's only showing me questions from 18 hours ago or longer. I check the "date" tab on top and that seems to be fine. I'm not sure if I hit something that changed it and I don't know how to change it back.

My husband had a repossession on a home 4 years ago, sold at auction which I know he is responsible with his ex wife for the deficiency balance due. The statue of limitations show 3 years in our state. Has collection agency trying to collect on the debt. If the statue of limitations is 3 years, is it legal to continue to call and get the payment? Can they keep re-selling the debt and start all over with the collections process. Mississippi statue of limitations show this on their website...

Open Accounts: 3 years from the date at which time the items on the account became due and payable,(MCA 15-1-29 & MCA 15-1-31). Can they still contact him to collect it??
