Progressive Guy
I'm the type of guy that believes we can change christianity from the inside out. I believe the reformers were right to challenge but the journey did not end there. Many people will disagree with me and they have every right to. All I ask is for people to open themselves to new ideas rather than be set on crap ones.
Any Emerging People Here?
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAny Emerging Christians on Here? Can you tell me how you came to view this way?
I'm emerging. I know I'm going to get a whole lot of crap from other Christians saying I'm a heretic/hypocrite. Yes I believe in Jesus as my savior and that he died and literally rose again.
2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAtheists, What led you to think the way you do? Please explain thoroughly?
I'm a pastor going into an area filled with atheists. I am curious how you got where you are. I'll pick the best answer by someone who explains themselves the best. I'm not bias and not looking for Christians trying to preach on this question.
20 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoDo you like the New Perspective of Paul? Why or Why not?
Please only answer if you understand the question. I am a new perspective person but would appreciate hearing both sides. This is a dialogue, not my way of proving I am right. Thanks!
6 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAtheists and Christians, Why do you ask questions you already have an opinion about?
All I'm saying is I see a whole lot of questions asked and best answers given that seem biased towards an answer rather than open to new ideas
19 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoCould the Reformers been wrong?
I am a youth pastor and constantly evaluate my own theology and doctrine. I look into the ways we have always done things and see many of it not consistent with the Bible. The question I pose is simple. What if the Reformers only were part of the solution and how do we continue this quest?
