People at my school tell me that I can't get a lip piercing until I'm 18, even with parental consent. I've looked on the Minnesota body art laws and it says this "As of July 1, 2010, you MAY get a piercing. BUT, you will need parental/guardian consent AND your parent/guardian must be present during the procedure. You CANNOT get the following, even with consent: nipple piercing, genital piercing, branding, scarification, suspension, subdermal implantation, microdermal, or tongue bifurcation." Has this law been changed since then? And also, I looked most of these up and I don't think a lip piercing is any of these. I also looked on BodyCandy.com and they said in Minnesota you can get one at 16 with parental consent. My friends might just be stupid, but I just want to make sure. Can you get a professionally done lip piercing at 16 with parental consent in Minnesota legally?

I live in Minnesota, and our 2 main craft stores (Joann Fabrics & Michaels) don't have any. Where can I buy an electric eraser? I don't want to buy it online, and I'm also not looking for the very expensive ones. Thanks!

My siberian huskey started coughing up white foam last night, right after I gave him some water. I used the same water as we always give him, and he's never been sick before from it. He's 2 years old, and pretty healthy. Last night around 10pm though, he started hacking up some nasty white foam. He kept doing this until at least 5:00am. It's very loud and almost sounds painful, and I'm very worried but I can't afford to take him to the vet. He doesn't act like it hurts at all though, as he's as happy and energetic as he usually is even when he's coughing. He hasn't been in a pound or near any other dogs lately, so I don't think it could be kennel cough. We also haven't changed food types any time recently, or feeding amounts/time. He seems to be coughing less this morning, but it still worries me. What's causing this? And how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.

I was researching online some ways to lose weight. I've tried lowering my calorie intake to 1200 a day but I havn't seen much of a change. I was reading online and I saw an article saying that your body adjusts how many calories it burns per day to how many you're eating. It said it takes around 2-3 days for your body to do this. I was thinking, what if I ate around 1500-2000 calories per day,(no junk food) and then on every 3rd day i only ate around 400 in the morning to get my metabolism running. Do you think this would work? Or am I missing something important? :/ Also, if it makes a difference I'm vegetarian. I eat a protien shake every morning though. (1 banana, 4 strawberries, .5 cup blueberries, .5 cup apple juice, 1 scoop protien powder)

Ive had my Toshiba laptop for little over a month, and I got Insignia speakers to go with it. I use skype sometimes, and today the microphone stopped working. (it was working fine earlier). After looking at it for a little bit I found that the microphone only works when the speakers aren't plugged in. How do I fix this?

I just made some playdough with flour, cooking oil, salt, water, and food coloring. I made little animals out of them and want them to be hard within two days, because I'm giving them away. Can I put them in the oven to harden them, or do I have to wait for them to become hard? Thanx!!! =)
