I am working on Variable DC power supply , there are 2 number of BD 140 transistors used in it which are not available in local market here so any one can suggest me plz which transistor i can use as equalent to BD 140?

I want to built a 5amp, 0-30VDC regulated power supply for my workshop any one can help me plz by sending circuit diagram .

I have installed Solar Syste details are:-

Panels= 06 (100W each)

Baterries= 04 (200Amp each)

Votage= 24V.

i have connected all these accurate but on my DC Amp meter shows only 10Amp on charging, i have not connected any load yet except of batteries for charge.

i think Panels mus supply 20 Amps instead of 10 Amps.

10 Amps are on fully sunny day i must add.

Are 10 Amp or there is some problem ?

Six Panels are connected in three parallel groups, two panels of each group are in series.

Load= 6 ceiling Fans (80 to 100 Watt each & 4 energy saver lights ( 20 Watt each).

Sunlight is 10 Hrs a day.

i want to know that can i connect my lumia 520 direct to a mass storage? like i can connect USB to my PC directly and access it, i want to connect an external USB hard disk to my lumia 520?

My room size is 13*13 feet, there is direct sunlight on top of room, electronics appliances are Fan and a computer in room which may produces heat. i want to buy an split air condition but i don't know which one to buy? either 1 Ton or 1.5 Ton ?

i have a clamp meter which has DC Amp meter, i want to ask if that show 5amp on screen what does that mean ? 5amp/hour, 5amp /min or 5 amp /second?
