I had accessed the file, saved it, and closed my computer. And when I opened my computer a couple hours later, plugged in my external hard drive passport, my dog might have pressed the Delete button. but I don't see how even by pressing the delete button it just decided to delete that one document. Is there anything I can do to get the file back? it's important. help please.

i'm really lacking the protein part in my daily diet, and i think i'm always tired because of it. so what type of protein shakes can i make that are both Vegan and all natural?

My body throbs as pulsing waves of pain rushed through me.

I wanted to get out, needed to be free of this place and these people, but it wasn’t that simple. It seemed like everything I attempted to achieve this goal of peace, to finally be free of any and all forced command, failed. And when freedom seemed just in reach I’d get sucked back in. this time with more restrictions then the last.

No matter how many times I yanked, pulled, jerked my body in different directions I couldn't break the strong chain confines binding either of my wrists and ankles to the solid concrete wall behind me. The circumstances made it hard to even consider leaving this place- or these people. My advanced strength proved obsolete as I try to free my wrists, my palms turning purple from the strain. And when my arms began to shake from fatigue I yanked harder. Till my fingertips went numb.

I was just too weak, and out of self-worth, to come up with another one of my quick escape plan that, as anyone could clearly see considering the situation, never worked in my favor. Never worked at all. I feared I was trapped here, forever. The thought of that had my already drowsy mind spinning as I search frantically for the magical key to bust me out of this cage-like-cell keeping me "detained".

Tall, black walls of bars, from ceiling to floor, stand all around me. I paced them eagerly up and down, inspecting every small crack and chipping of paint that could possibly be my ticket out. My daily routine just incase I missed something the countless times I searched before. But like always came up empty handed.

so i so stupidly place a password code on my ipod. and if someone typed in the wrong password ten times it would erase everything, i have personal stuff on there so i thought it was a good idea at the time. now everythings gone cause my friend got nosey and the ipod deleted everything! is there anything i can do to reverse the prossess or am i doomed to miss all of my notes i had on there. thats really what i want back, the notes. please help a blond in distress if you can.

peace gone with every drop of light.

we sneer and flea, but its useless if we don't bow down

misery is how we describe our self now

p.s- not about my life but the war...i think.

I love to write and consider it my passion, but I’m the most clumsy person anyone would ever hope to meet and have already gone through TWO laptops, losing about a hundred documents in doing so. And I’m only seventeen! (But I’m responsible and really try to take care of my things) I’ve kind of lost faith in technology and now am forced to use my type writer (and anybody who has one knows they’re not the most portable things to carry) I just need help finding something that could out live an atomic bomb but doesn’t cost thousands of dollars. (notebooks aren't an option.) Help!!!!!
