Sketchy AR5s

Whenever it rains after driving for a while my car will start to hesitate when i try to accelerate. The problem is worse when under heavier loads like added weight or on a hill. If I continue to drive eventually the check engine light will start to blink. I would check the code but my obd2 port is broken... The car is a 98 Honda Civic btw.

The car is a naturally aspirated Honda Civic. Just recently I noticed a sudden loss of power of the er and loud sucking noise when under load. It seems to happen around 4500 to 5000 RPMs. Anyone know what this could be? I was thinking either a vacuum leak or collapsed cat? Not really sure where to start looking though!

I have a dell Inspiron 6000 that automatically boots into diagnostics mode every time it starts. I checked the bios setup and I am missing the option for diagnostic boot in the boot menu so i can't disable it that way. My computer runs fine i'm just tired of having to exit out of the pre-boot system assessment every time i start the computer.

Dell inspiron 6000 keys type different things than what they're supposed to. It's not the common num lock problem i've read about either. For example the u key is left arrow, the . key is delete, I don't have access to any function keys or letters. Combinations of keys also work sometimes like if i press the m n and space bar it acts as the enter key. This problem just started out of nowhere and i can't figure out what's wrong!

My Dell Inspiron automatically starts in Pre-Boot System Assessment Build 3017. All of the tests pass until it gets to graphics where it shows two sets of color bars and asks if I can see the bars (y/n). If i press either y or n nothing happens and eventually it goes back to the test page where it says the keyboard response timed out. After another minute of that annoying beeping it asks if I want to continue the tests (yes/no/retry) where, again, I'm not able to choose any of the options.

I was wondering why this is happening, and why all of a sudden my computer is automatically booting in this mode?

I need a mosfet transistor model NTP45N06 made by On Semiconductors. I have searched for hours only to find data sheets and sites that require a minimum order. I only need 4 of these! Please help! I just need a company that sells these to consumers.

I have a Punch 401s Amp with power acoustik 12" sub. I got it from someone who didn't know if it worked or not. When I hooked the Power, ground and remote turn on wires it began to smoke. The head unit was off so it shouldn't have been receiving power in the first place. I opened the amp up and found a couple of blown transistors. Here is a picture of them...

There is also a transistor on the opposite side of the board that the corner is missing from.

I was wondering what would cause these to blow, and why it smokes even when it doesn't have a remote turn on signal?

Is there some way to replace the transistors and repair the amp?

Also could this have damaged the Subwoofer?

I have a 98 Honda civic ex coupe and was wondering what type of metal the engine block is made of. I think it's aluminum because it has bad oxidation and I want to know if I can use an aluminum polish on it.

I was wondering if there is something I can buy or make to convert the 12v current in my car to 9v to power a small screen. I plan on tapping the cigarette lighter's power as the source.

I know absolutely nothing about circuits or electronics so please explain in simplest way possible. Thanks

My old Armada AR5s just broke and i'm looking to buy some new skis. I really liked my armadas and would like something similar, but not quite as heavy. I'm also looking for a ski with a sidewall not a cap. Any input would be great. Oh, and twintips only. Any help is appreciated!

I'm looking for a list of plyometric exercises that workout both upper and lower body. I don't want anything that requires equipment like weights and machines. If you could provide a description of each exercise that would be extremely helpful. I'm looking for a full workout that would last 30-45 minutes 3 to 4 times a week.

I had some Nology wires on my civic but I've had so many problems with them i would never buy Nology again. What do you think the best brand wires are.

Just recently my car has been idling high, at around 1700 to 1800 rpms. When i looked at the engine i could see one of the spark plug wires was loose where it connected to the engine, and would not "lock on." I turned the car on and could then see the same wire vibrating. When i put my hand on top of the wire, where it connected to the engine, i could feel it knocking.

Oh, and when accelerating there is a loud ticking/clicking noise, but when i am just maintaining speed it is not there.

Just a side note and i don't know if this matters but right before all this started happening i had taken a bunch of my friends out and there was about 750lb of people in the car. (I have some large friends :)

I would greatly appreciate any help that can be given, and please go easy on me seeing as i know very little about cars.
