it has an OLD casette system i want to replace it with my kenwood cd system i have done several stereo's but always in older vehicles

never had computer problems i hoping to avoid that again, i plan to pull out old system and (using chilton/haynes manual) splice into the existing wiring for power and acc and ground, and speakers. i just want to make sure im not gonna screw anything up

i probably will disconnect ground cable from battery during the process are there any issues with my theory???

my grandma's church does a halloween thing called "trunk or treat" everyone brings their truck, car, van and decorates it to theme with their costume

last year i was a pirate, i really looked the part too, full beard galoshes the works even a cap gun two blades and a sword, the truck i turned into a Pirate ship with a 20' tall mast and sails rigging lines and an anchor

well i want to top it this year

who or what should i be and what are some decorating theme ideas?

im thinking its something to do with the motherboard possibly a ram slot (just had to replace a 512 ram chip) whether i boot 1 chip or two it is slow sometimes i have to switch off the power and hold the pwr button for 20sec to make it work, then it usually goes to POST a lot faster

Hi, we have a bird (i think) that emits a whistle lasting around 2 seconds give or take. It is one single note that does not seem to waiver. it is like a human's whistle with just a little too much air.

At the end it sounds almost as if it runs out of breath.

We live on the North Olympic Peninsula, in Washington State. We have not heard it before, we have been here 20 years.

by searching the internet i have determined that it is not a saw-whet owl, or barred owl. Further i have also determined it is not a fox, though the sound is similar to the fox yell at this address http://www.geocities.com/RainForest/4707/FoxSounds

That yell sounds very canine and what we hear doesn't sound at all canine.

Also between some whistles which happen sometimes every 15-20 seconds or more, it will move from one area to another.

The longest being about 80 linear ft.

There is no noise during its moves no trees rustling, no sounds. you know it has moved when it whistles again from a new perch, this is why im sure its a flying creature.

month ago: add cleaner (marvel mystery oil sold @ walmart)

the following 2 tanks of gas the truck jolts every time i step on the gas lightly and mildly similar to jolt-jolt-jolt-jolt--jolt

when it jolts it loses power

the jolts sound like CHunK

if i slam on the gas it doesn't seem to jolt

replaced fuel filter - no improvement

shop said "magnetic pickup coil" replaced that no good

every time i fill up its better (either doesn't do it at all or does it with a more mild jolt) till the gas runs low (1/3 tank) then it does it roughly again

No Check engine light

any ideas???

My defroster doesn't work

heat comes out just fine from the vents and floor, but when i switch to defrost to defog my windshield, the fan runs but nothing comes out

though a little will come out from the floor vent

just to add, the AC unit doesn't work... but it does blow 'cool' air when i set it to cool...

but the cool air doent come out the vents above the dash either

how do i print on them with the printer

there are no instructions and naturally the sony website is less than helpful

yes I know how to burn a dvd thats not the issue it states they can be printed on with an inkjet printer but i am unsure how to do this please help
