LOL well mine do it too. I think it is because the cats know you are sitting down and it is a good chance for them to get your "captive" attention, especially if you are active and don't sit down much!

Cats are curious animals, they like to know what their people are doing at all times and are most interested in the things people want them to be least interested in. It's like having a curious child around who always has to know what your up to.
Another thing to consider... even though we cohabitate the same homes as our felines, we still live separate lives. It isn't often that we are down to their level "sitting on the floor, or in this case on the john" and it is during those times that our cats will take the most interest in us. Causes the cats to wonder what we are doing.
My advice.. take her with you and let her entertain you while you do your business. Cats don't give a crap about your nudity and can be more entertaining that reading that book or magazine while your doing your business.

my old cat used to do that too! He was one of those cats that just fallowed me into every room. I think it is that they know they got you cornered! My cat also would sit there patiently till I flushed, then he would stand up and watch the water swirl and watch everything go down the hole.

My cat does that too, since he was a kitten, I feel guilty pushing him off when I'm done. Although my husband thinks its discusting.

Cats have an innate sense of humour and require a good belly laugh to release pent up frustration. To that end they follow humans into the bathroom in hopes of seeing them naked or exposing their dangly bits. Drives the cats into a frenzy of laughter. They may look stoic, but inside they are killing themselves laughing at us.

Danged if I know..... it's just part of their "purrsonality" I guess. some of mine do that too, one tries to climb into my pants while I'm sitting..... not my idea of fun... but apparently it's his.
