If you listen to the songs Wicket Games by Chris Isaak, and Cheer Down by George Harrison there is a very distinct way the guitar is played in these songs. I think what they do is they slide something down the neck of the guitar to make that distinct sound. What method is that called and do you know of any other songs that have this method of playing?

OK so some time later this year I might get a new console, the main reason is because I want to get Just Cause 3, which is offered in both, but which one should I get? I think he's come out briefly in Return of the Jedi, in Jabba's palace. I'll try to describe him as best I can. Not sure how tall he is but he's one ugly mother! He seems to be an assasin of some sort, yellow/greenish in color has HUGE hands and tiny small red eyes.

So for the past few weekends we've been out BBQing and spending time outside and I have been eaten alive every single time by mosquitos. We've bought those candles that supposedly keep them away, we've even bought some flowers that are supposed to also keep them away but no matter what we use and how much I spray anti mosquito repellent I still get bitten so much. My wife might get one bite where I'll get 10! I'm thinking it has something to do with my body chemistry because we're all sitting in the same spot. So is there anything out there I can use, drink, eat that will help? Thanks all!

OK, so here's what I'm trying to understand - Let's say I have a super simple circuit, a 12V battery connected to (2) resistors, one is 2 ohms and the other is 4 ohms (they are in series). I'm trying to understand what it means by "voltage drop". Does it mean that the 12V diminishes at the point where the first resistor is and by the time it hits the second voltage it's less? Therefore the "remaining" voltage is what enters the 2nd resisitor? In other words, by the time you check the voltage at the end of the 2nd resisitor it should be zero?
