I have developed a crush on my best friend and she recently told me that she likes me back. The problem is that she has a girlfriend. I told her that we need to stop talking about my feelings for her because it feels wrong because she has a girlfriend. And she said that she agrees that we should stop talking about it since she feels like she actually likes me.

This is so confusing. She said nothing will change our friendship and that we'll stay best friends forever blah blah... and we have probably the best friendship you could ever dream of. And since that conversation which was two days ago, we have talked less but we still do talk and everything just feels weird now. I know things will get better but I just dont know what I should do. Should we both just forget our feelings to salvage our friendship?

This week I am learning to jump a horse for the first time. My friend who is very well experienced and is in charge at the barn I am riding at reccommended this black pony for me to jump with because he takes them seriously. But a friend of mine who boards the pony in the winter knows all about him and says that he wont listen to me if i ride him and he will take the jump quick and exit the jump quick. Now, my friend who works at the barn said i should still use him because she says hes a good fit. I am working on trusting her decision to put me on him. Now, I am 17, a bit nervous to jump him because of what I have heard about him, but i was wondering mostly what to do if I feel that I am going to fall or if he bucks. Do I slide off? My friend is gonna teach me two-point and everything and the jump isnt too high. I trust her .. I dont think ill get hurt I just wanna know whats the best way to avoid getting hurt while jumping and even cantering. Just horse safety in general. Im just nervous!! I Know that for horseback riding you need to be confident. and i am working on it ...

I was wondering that if I bought an iphone from the apple store or website. now when you buy it, you tell them what carrier, so naturally ill say verizon. Once I choose verizon & the iphone and purchase it, would me trying to activate it under my same number be breaking my contract? I hate the phone i have now and want an iPhone & dont wanna wait another year for it because my phone is pretty much in ruins since it got damaged from the rain today.

BIG QUESTION: Please help!!

So my contract with verizon & current upgrade isn't available until june of 2014. Today in the pouring rain my phone got wet & now it doesn't work right... but im not able to upgrade until next year. and I really dont wanna pay retail price for an iPhone. My mom is able to upgrade june 23, i was thinking about taking hers (if shes okay with it) and then just upgrading that way. But I was wondering if there were stores that sell verizon cell towered iPhones. Now if I bought one, and asked verizon to activate it under my number, is that breaking my contract? Also, if I got my cousins old phone (the same as my current android) and activated that - would that be breaking my contract??

So my Junior Prom dress is white. The theme is clubish I believe so everyone will be wearing SHORT dresses. Anyway, I choose white because it will set me apart from everyone else. The dress is short, a little above the knee. It has tight satin fabric across the bust and then from the bustline down is white fabric roses (its not ghetto or weird looking, its very classy and cute). What color shoes would go with it? How about make up and any hair suggestions? I have medium length brown hair where curling or straightening it is not a problem. I want the rest of my attire to offset the fact that im wearing a white dress. Probably no one else will have one on. I dont wanna look kiddish, just classy and pretty. I was thinking red heels, but I dont wanna give off a slutty impression, although everyone knows im not. Is there a way to do it classy? Thanks!

So, this girl is super special to me . Shes really deep. Shes been though a lot of s***. But shes so strong, and very brave. Has a high tolerance for pain but she is very very beautiufl. Shes very funny & outgoing, and the life of the party. Shes very intelligent, and very caring. Shes not afraid to be who she is, and to be different. Shes one of a kind and a total sweet heart..

I like girls but not guys but she keeps saying she doesnt think im truly gay... so idk . anyway , we had a sleep over last weekend, and we kissed & we cuddled & we had the sweetest, cutest night ever . and she is single, im single & she was tellling me everything she likes about me . and i told her everything i like about her & she asked me if i think her and i could work out . i said if we wanted it to yes . she said we need to talk about it. so when i go to talk about it, she basically already knew the outcome of , no we wont work out . what was the point in her asking ?

she told me her reasons were that, we come from two different worlds. my world is structured as oposed to her. and she doesnt want to be a bad influence on me because she smokes and drinks and i dont .. but i dont care if she doesnt . im not influenced by anyone . and she wants a girl that she can smoke/drink with & shes done things ive never done before ... & that im too innocent .

another reason was that she thinks im really into this guy & im not . by any means im not . i really really like her & i want to be with her . its so sad .

I just dont see the point in anything. Why did anything happen then if she knew we would end up like this ? & now i feel so awkward around her , and i dont like that feeling . i love being around her , even as friends ... and its so hard . we went to a party last night ,we hardly even spoke , she looked so damn beautiful and it killed me to watch her have a good time while i was hurting :(

Okay. I know this sounds extremely typical. Its not. I am a girl, I like another girl, and my other friend (whos a girl) fell in love with this girl last year, and shes still not over her but she has moved onto other girls, and she is debating about whether she wants to be with the girl we both like, or with this other girl. She is most likely going for the other girl, leaving the girl that i like, available. But apparently she still loves her. But she says its whatever if i try anyhting with the other girl. I dont want to hurt her by going after the girl. All i want is to experiment with her, and i know she will experiment with me. I also like this guy. I am not entirely sure if i really like like him, we are still getting to know each other. Is it going behind his back if i experiemnt with the girl, then see if i want to be with him? is that wrong? I have no idea what I should do. I really like the girl, and I am not sure if I am bi, or if I even really like girls, which is why this experiment is so crucial. But this guy, his mom really likes me, and the last girl he dated really hurt him, and I dont want to hurt him, his mom doesnt want me to hurt him .. and i have no idea what to do.

I think i am going insane. Or that my house is haunted. Somethings not right. And it really scares me. When i call out on my house phone i hear voices, like while its ringing. Once i called my mom & while it was ringing i heard a conversation between my grandmom & my dad, except .. my grandmom is dead. And then today, i called my mom again & we were talking and then i hear a man say "hello? hello?" and iasked my mom if she head it too, and she said no .

what is this? please help cus its really freaking me out!!

Last night my friends and i were playing man hunt and my team went to go hide so we all ran across the street & i tripped over the curb and i heard my ankle crack & snap and i fell to the ground crying. and it was all swollen. and it still is. it seriously hurts to talk on it, i can barely move it around and it even hurts to wiggle my toes.

what do you think i should do? i've been putting ice on it, but thats about it. it really hurts :( oohh btw. its sensitive to the touch of anything.

I think my hamster is really sick. Her eyes are really bloody and the one is crusted shut. But that has been happening lately, and then they open up and look normal in a few days. But yesterday, she did something really strange. She screamed (if thats even possible) and her body went stiff. She was lying on her back and her two front paws were stiff and were together, and then her one back leg was out streched and stiff, andthe other one wasn't so streached out but it was stiff. And that position last a good 10 seconds. And i started to talk to her. I said her name a few times. I asked her if she was okay (Please no mean comments, I was just trying to talk to her to see if she was still alive & that maybe she'd wake up) & After calling her name a few times, she flipped herself over, and went about her normal routines (Eating, drinking, walking around) As if nothing happened at all.

Can someone please explain to me what had happened to her? And can you also explain why her eyes are bloody? She doesn't have diarhea or a wet tail or anything. Everything seems normal. She eats & drinks & runs on her wheel still.
