My now ex girlfriend knows my ATM pin number and i let her use it all the time to get stuff for herself and us...today i noticed a 20 dollar withdrawal at two in the morning....when i confronted her she said she just needed to borrow it and gave it back....i went back on my records a little more and saw that at last wedsday at the same time she had done it again...i confronted her and she said she didnt remember and she had probably gone to get it for me (which she has done before)...i know that didnt happen and was wondering if i could get her in legal trouble

She took the card out of my wallet at night to go take the money....does that matter at all?

does that really prove there is a god?

can it not be some other form of metaphysical intelligence?

Christians often say it can't happen...just because we haven't witnessed it doesn't mean it can't happen.

this is perhaps the most bold claim by christians....but where is the probative evidence? scripture does not count.

would you presume god put it there, or would you be open to the the notion that life can form without interference?

I think extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. For a theism to be more than an idea, you must provide evidence beyond religious scripture and personal experiences.

I mean, the only proof we have that they were not lying is their own claims.

And if it is just faith, why have faith? Men have lied a lot in the past.

i've been at rallies where we burned the bible and koran...people who belong to these respective religions...do you see it as an attack at you or as i see it, a symbol of free speech

I see it that way because nobody can stop me, no matter how many people get mad and burn embassies down and threaten me, i want to show people they cant use terrorism on me.

i just realized whenever i talk about gay people i call you "gays" or "the gays" moslty because homosexual is too many syllables...is that offensive? and dont use it in a derogatory way

I am an atheist. I choose right and wrong based on a "treat people the way you want to be treated" type philosophy...i choose not to to hurtful things to people because i dislike upsetting other people. I give strangers in need money because i would like it if someone did that for me in a similar situation...in conclusion...i think empathy would be a better substitute for morality then god.

i feel when doing good just because you have to, it becomes a selfish act, a way into heaven...i know some christians have to have empathy...so why is this not good enough without god?
