My best friend is getting married and i have been brain storming some ideas of what to say. Her grandma passed away about a year ago, and they were really close. I know she wishes she could be there. I was thinking of saying something like "Your grandma would have been so proud to see you with someone who makes you happy". I wasn't sure if something like that would be appropriate or stepping on toes in a speech like this. Any advice/ suggestions/ whatever, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

Well Its actually about 2 1/2 months. But I have been trying to breastfeed exclusively. Every time I feed him he starts to thrash around and make a mess. Sometimes he even chokes. :( I kinda have a strong let down. It may be some of the factor I'm sure, but I have tried pumping before I feed and still the same result. I don't think he is latching incorrectly. I try feeding him lying down since I have read that it is the best for mother's with high milk supply. I have been reading all sorts of books and websites. I tried talking to a lactation consultant and she didn't give me any help.

Could it be the amount, taste, the position? Any feedback or recommendations would be helpful. Thanks!

I live in Colorado and was let go from a federal job. When I call to check my status I still have $1600 in benefits. And my end date is in October. I recently had to open a new claim about 3 weeks ago. But I've been without for almost 2 months. I have been calling in every week and actively looking for a job. The packet of information they sent and the website do not help. And calling is just out of the question right now. Is this just a waiting period before the new claim starts or something? I'm about to call in again for the second time of this new claim on Sunday. Any answers will help. Thanks in advance!

I recently have been going to a chiropractor the uses little pressure to supposedly cure the world in words. I'm very skeptical about it still. I haven't really found anything saying it's a scam. If it's not I would probably refer more Friends but until then, I'm not sure. Does anyone think this could be a scam?

I got a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Technology in 2008. I have had a couple of internships related to the subject that went absolutely no where and helped me in no how. I find myself working at temporary job that has nothing to do with what I graduated in. I have tried finding contacts and applying for jobs that I hoped would be a foot in the door to degree related company. I am about to give up and either just take what ever jobs I can get or start another long process of more schooling for a new degree. Is it too late to find a job in that field now that it has been about 2 years? I have taken refresher courses over the summer at a university in case I ever got a call. I have even applied for out of state jobs. Does anyone else find this degree to be as useless as I do? Any feedback is appreciated.

I am already thinking of Halloween costumes for this year. I need to time to get it together. I wanted to do something different. I was thinking Kitana from Mortal Kombat and Jill Valentine from Resident Evil. They are both have dark hair and I am scared to dye my hair darker. I have a lot of very blonde highlights so they would really stay permanent. Also wigs are kinda expensive if you want them to look good. So I was wondering what other action heroine would be a good candidate that would have lighter hair? I know it's kinda a weird question but any advice would help. My husband and I have a whole freezer full of beef and pork that we need to get rid of. About $500 worth. We were considering donating it to a local wildlife rescue but wasn't sure if it would be considered a tax write off for something like that. Just wondering if they did that or even if we can donate something like that. Any input if you have any would really help. I don't know where we would even start. Thanks in advance.

I have moss growing on our rock walkway and we have planted grass close by and seems to want to keep coming up through the moss. I don't think it's hurting it, but it's taking away from the look we are trying to achieve. Any way to keep it from growing? And any way to remove the current plants from the moss without picking out every single plant individually? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I wanted to replace my speakers in my jag cause one of them is blown and the others don't sound so hot when its turned up past a certain level. Anybody know the size or where I can go to look? I live no where close to town so I'm guessing I'll order them online if I can. Thanks in advance.

I have a speaker that I think is blown out. I figured if I had to replace that one I might as well replace the other ones with an upgrade. Which brings me to my next question. Are there any upgrade speakers to a jaguar or does it have to be factory? I thought Pioneer did something but I can't find them anywhere. I'm asking this because my friend fixes up cars quite frequently and is good at it but he said jaguars seem to be built a little different than other cars, which is kinda true. So I figured I would get some insight on it before he takes her apart. If anyone has ever done this before or knows how to do this would leave some input. That would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

I had a miscarriage going on 9 weeks ago (Feb 23). I have taken pregnancy tests just to see if it would still say I was pregnant. It has said negative for the last few weeks. I have yet to start my cycle so I am trying to be careful when my husband and I have sex, but a couple of time we didn't use protection. I know, I know, shame on me. He didn't ejaculate though, if that matters. I wasn't sure how long I would be at this state of fertility.

I was wondering cause I thought I saw bleeding one day but it was gone the next. It was darker and very light. Wasn't sure if that was implantation or just my body getting ready to ovulate. I've been wanting all kinds of sweets and breaking out really bad. My boobs are also a little tender. But I have had them get that way before a period too. We're not trying to concieve cause I'm still a little scared that history might repeat itself. I couldn't deal with that right now. Any ideas of what could be going on? My doctor doesn't seem to think much of anything but I didn't like that answer. So that's why I'm asking you. Any input would be great. Thanks in advance.

I accidentally separated a few of my plants when I was re-potting them and now I have no idea which tomato plant is which. They haven't produced any fruit yet so I will not be able to tell by that. I have Super Sweets, Big Boys, Early Girls, Romas and Beef Masters. Half of them are for my aunt. So I would hate to give her all of one kind. Any way of knowing which is which with out waiting? They look the same to me. They're all about 10" high. Some of them are wanting to grow straight up and others want to start growing kind of downwards. Any help would be very much appreciated. My husbands parents bought a brand new laptop for my 4 year old nephew. I thought it was an odd gift for such a young child and told them he could not use it nor appreciate it at such a young age. Well of course they through a fit and thought I didn't know what I was talking about it. So I thought maybe it was just me that was crazy. What do you think?

I was on a hike and I found this old soda bottle that was called "Golden". Not sure if its an antique or not. It has a picture of a cornucopia on it and it says it was bottled in Florence Colorado by Duraglas. Its a clear bottle and says it contains 9 1/2 fl ozs. The back says:

Well my husbands cousin just called him and told him that his wife was pregnant. You would think I would be happy for them right? Totally not the case. Well I miss carried about a week ago. I'm sure it has something to do with that. I haven't had any emotions about the miscarriage up until now, but now I feel worthless and like a failure at everything I do. I feel pathetic for acting like such a wimp about it.

We weren't trying for a baby but when it happened we were soo happy. We don't have any kids. This particular couple already has a daughter and they have been openly cheating on each other and pretend like everything is okay. I just feel like they don't deserve a child. Why do bad people have good things happen to them? Always..

Everyone I come in to contact with act like they are so happy and show it off and they have no compassion for me. They know it makes me feel like crap. I would love to kick their ***. It sounds selfish, I know, but I want to just get over it all.

When I was younger, maybe 15 or so years ago, there was this show I would watch later at night. It started with the clock ticking and there was a family of monsters sitting in the family room. One of them, I think the teenage daughter, says something like, "Shhh... It's starting." Then a piece of popcorn falls and the ground and that's when the show starts. It was similar to episodes of Tales From The Darkside. But I now the beginning of that show and that's not it. Anyone have any ideas? Could be a different season, if it is?
