Hey guys i'm trying to upload a video on youtube about my problem but until that happens i'll just try and explain whats happening. so over the last month this has happened 3 times, just this time i can't figure out how to fix it, and even if i do it seems to come back. So what happens is after i'm done using my computer with a samsung display and an asus display i'll turn it off, and the next day i'll turn the computer back on but both screens will be black and i'll hear the windows 7 start up sound but nothing on the display. I've then restarted unplugged my Asus display (which seems to usually be the problem) then restart and sometimes, it will load up totally fine with my samsung display. but when i try to plug in my asus, it doesn't work. now granted i can use my computer with one display (sometimes) but i would like to be able to use both monitors. So what i've tried is using the Clear Cmos button on the back of my Asus Rampage IV extreme and sometimes thats worked, as in the other 2 times i've had this problem that fixed it, but this time that fix isn't working. i've also tried turning one of my GTX 480's off and running the other to see if its a graphics issue, which it isn't. and i've ran both monitors on either graphics card on or off, as well as one or the other. nothing worked. again its very confusing and i'm really trying to get a video uploaded to help you follow along.

Hi guys, so i have 2 gtx 480's in SLI, 2 monitor's and last night i installed the latest beta drivers. they worked fine until i realised today i forgot to into the nvidia setting and enable SLI. so i went into the settings enabled SLI and both screens went black. i could still use the computer, hearing clicking noises with my speakers, but no display. i then restarted it and nothing at all, i can't even see the bios. can anyone help me with this! i would go back and switch to the older drivers but i can't see what i'm doing!?

Now after rebooting several times, i can now go through Post and just after post, (i can't even go to the Bois for some reason) i get a black screen that says

I have an ASUS Rampage IV extreme mobo.

I just cleaned/dusted my computer, which i built myself but when i put it back together it won't turn back on. there's definitely power going to my motherboard because the power button and reset button is lit on the board, but when i press it nothing happens, i'm not sure what to do.

From the list of producs that Creative labs offer which one is the best sounding. ik that the zen X-fi3 just came out but its very small and i don't want quality to be affected by this

I have very expensive headphones, and i noticed on my laptop/ home computer with a sound card sounds SOOO much better then my crap ipod. and i heard creative has the best mp3 players since they make sound cards. so yeah just wondering which u think would be the best.

Hi i really want to spend more than i should on an overpriced gaming computer, i'm thinking of buying a mac pro thats extremely overpriced with way more power then i need for computer gaming, like a 12 or more dual cpu motherboard set up. Any ideas?

I just built my first computer and installed windows 7, everything went fine until i tried to connect it to the internet via Ethernet cable from my modem. i connected my router to my modem which supplies wireless internet to my house and then connect my pc to my modem which isn't working. there's nothing wrong with the cable I've tested it with my laptop, maybe its the ip dress but I'm not sure. any help would be appreciated.

i need the cheapest lga2011 socket cooler, its just temporary use not extremely concerned with tempters. even lga 1366 coolers as long as they're compatible its fine. i wish intel provided a cpu cooler i mean i paid fricken $1000 you'd think they'd give me a free cooler.

i don't really care about 3D, but the better resolution monitors only have 60Hz and 5ms instead of 120Hz and 2ms. i would rather have the higher resolution but i don't want to run into streaking problems. also this will for gaming only, not much movies and some video editing. Thanks! if there are other monitors you guys have in mind it would be awesome if you could share them, but no smaller than 27"

MONEY IS NOT A PROBLEM, i want a 1600p resolution monitor but they only come in 60hz, the lowest i'll go is 1200p but they're all 60hz. I have read its worth going with 120hz but the only monitors that have 120hz are 1080p monitors and i really don't want to suffer that low of pixel resolution. is there anything in between like 1440p monitor with 120hz. PLEASE HELP!

so, i'm in canada and i really would like to buy a sound module for my cold cathodes so they can rock out to my songs. but i can't seem to find any anywhere. not in any stores, or online that will ship to canada. Is it possible if someone can help me do research to find a sound module? THANKS!
