How much of a tip should I add for customers who forget to write anything on their credit card slips? I've been adding 15% but some people say 20% is better.

Should I add a tip in on credit card slips for people who don't tip and leave it blank? Why don't people remember to tip?

I just got a new HDTV, I do not have a digital cable box. My TV is able to decode a lot of the digital chnnels, which isn't a surprise. What is a surpise though is that some of those channels are (seemingly random) on-demand shows in progress. sometimes they rewind and fastforward in the middle of the show, almost like someone else is controlling it.

Does anyone know anything about this, or has anyone else experienced it?
