  • Did anyone else in Oregon City see this??!!?

At about 10:00 PM tonight (July 19th) My sister and I were driving home on Trails End High way in Oregon city. We saw 6 golden orbs hovering in two big triangle formations. At first glance I thought it was some sort of structure. We pulled over and watched as they slowly faded out in pairs of two.

Also, they definitely could not be mistaken for stars as they were much bigger and a completely different color. They didn't flash or move like planes do. Anyways, I have never seen anything like that before! Did anyone esle see this or have you seen anything similar? Thanks!

  • Should I feel offended?

My boyfriend called me today and invited me over for dinner to have pizza. When I arrived there, his mother answered the door. (he lives with his mom) She told me she had gotten pizza and I was welcome to have some. My boyfriend was playing an online game and didn't even say hello. So I said to him in a playful voice.."Are you going to say hi??" He said he would come out in a minute.. while still playing his game. Anyway, after about 10 or 15 minutes of sitting on the couch feeling awkward I left.

I spend a lot of time over there and this happens frequently. It hurt my feelings that he invited me over and then didn't greet me and acted like I wasn't there. I have told him before how it makes me feel. Any advice on how I should handle this situation? Thank you!

  • How to handle this car accident situation?

I was house sitting/pet sitting for a man that went out of town for a week. During that time he loaned me his extra car to use with a full tank of gas as part of my payment. While using his car, I accidentally backed into my mothers parked car. His car is fine, but her front bumper is dented along with her fender. I told him about it right after it happened and he said he would call his insurance company. He said that he would have to pay a 1,000 dollar deductable and his rate would go up 40 dollars each month which he is not willing to do. He said I will have to pay to fix the damage to my mothers car. I cannot afford it right now. What should I do?

  • Boyfriend's relationship with his Mother?

So my boyfriend and I have been together for about two years.. we are both 23 years old. He lives with his mother and I stay over here with him quit a lot. I just want to know if the relationship he has with his mother is abnormal and how I should handle it.

He is a deep sleeper and sometimes has a hard time getting up in the morning.. but he asks her to make sure he gets up in the morning for work.. even though I am with him. so she calls down the hallway his name until he gets up. She is always babying him and asking him if he has eaten anything and reminding him to make sure to bring his jacket to work and so on..he broke his arm awhile back and she was continuously asking him how it was doing.. going to the doctor with him..things like that. She does his laundry when I am not around too. Makes him lunch for his work break.. Also she buys him whatever he asks for and totally spoils him. She does not want him to have any student debt so she is going to pay for his entire college tuition, she bought his car, phone bill and he does not pay her rent either.

It is just making it really difficult to view him as a man when she treats him like a helpless child. and some of the things she does seems like my role now.

She is polite towards me and has never acted jealous or rude towards me or anything like that. Helpful advice would be appreciated.. please no rude comments or criticism.

  • How much would you expect to pay a house cleaner?

2 1/2 to 3 hours of cleaning for $75 is very reasonable to me.

I just had a man contact me over the phone for house cleaning.. he was really chatty and friendly at first... just talking up a storm and telling me ALL about how horrible his last maid was and how she had stolen money from him...then when I told him my rates he immediately told me that is WAY too much and hung up on me! I was really offended by this. House cleaning is hard work!

    I live in Portland, Oregon

  • Can someone help me with my Massage Therapy Resume?

Hi, I am 22 and have never had a job before. I am almost done with school to become a Massage Therapist. I am currently working on my resume and was wondering if I can use Student Clinic under 'Work Experience' and then list the duties that I have to accomplish in Student Clinic.

I would prefer an answer from either a massage therapist or someone in a similar work field. Thank you :)
