as we had the green light and someone else ran their red light and t-boned my car. my family and i were fortunate to all walk away pretty much free from any major injuries. right after the accident, my ankle got really really swollen, and it took weeks for the swelling and bruising to go away. It still hurts till this day to run and my range of movement in my ankle is limited compared to what it was before. Basically, now that a few months have passed I am seeing it will never be the same again. My insurance said I have a year to reopen this accident claim and I can file a medical claim if I want to. My quesiton is what does this mean? does this mean I am "suing" this person for personal injury? How does this work? I live in florida but the accident took place in mississippi. "knot" under her skin where the main point of impact was. It is still bruised after all this time, and still tender to the touch. When she smiles, that part on her cheek dimples in a little bit. My question is, will this ever go away? Has anyone ever had similar facial trauma and had that "knot" go away? Serious answers only please. Thanks

my tub is draining really slow and the toilets will overflow... water will back up into everything... both tubs, the kitchen sink, everywhere. It has been raining alot lately and I'm wondering if that's why.

I've done this before and it worked. I don't know what I am missing this time. When I try to insert it, it will only show part of the text or image. Meaning that a slice off the top of the text is not visible. When I try to move it around the page... say move it higher, it goes above the page and I can't see it. if I try to move it lower, some other problem comes up. Is it my formatting?? I've tried on a clean blank document and haven't changed anything.... it's almost like the text/picture doesn't fit in the box and any adjustment I make doesn't make a difference. Help and advice much appreciated.

I freaked out and told him to "F" off..and that I quit. I was afraid of him so I didn't go back the next day and haven't since. I applied for unemployment in Florida and put that I was fired. I left the explanation blank because I didn't want things to get even uglier. Will I still get my unemployment? Some friends of mine are saying I won't get it because I put that I was fired.

when he's home we are like 2 strangers in the same house. There's no affection and all our conversations are so shallow. We've been together for more 13 years. I feel drained when it comes to talking about what's going on (which I have no idea what that is). We both treat eachother just fine, it's just so empty to me like we are neighbors or something, not husband and wife. Help me figure out a way to reconnect again... i've used it before but can't remember it. basically you just enter your address and it shows a map with dots on it marking where the offenders live around you and what they were convicted for.

it's beautiful and i have had it for only a few months now and i noticed just recently on the top a couple of small hairline type cracks. i am not positive, but i don't **think** they were there before. also, it looks as if one of the slats that make up the top of the table swelled or something and is raised slightly higher now, revealing a milimeter or 2 of the side. because of this, the top of the table isn't totally flat anymore. i am wondering, is this "normal?" what other reasons, besides say bad craftsmanship would cause this? weather, i dunno...anything? it's not like we dance on it so i am wondering now if i was ripped off or something...

he is 33 lbs now and i am confused as to whether it is just *suggested* or *required* that he be in a carseat. since 2 year olds can be lap rides and he is 4 can't he sit in his own seat without a carseat? intelligent answers and your sources are much appreciated thank you!

i ordered a britax regent online. i have not gotten it yet so i don't know exactly how bulky it is. we are moving and before i lug it on the plane i was wanting to know if anyone knows if it will even fit on the airlines seat. any help/advice would be appreciated.

my brother has a car he can no longer make payments on. the bank said if he sells it they won't give the title over until the entire balance is paid off (which is ALOT), so how is he supposed to sell it? they also said that he must be paying on the car for at least 1 year before they will even consider granting him an extension to sell it. he's been paying on it for 6 months now......i am trying to help my younger brother figure out what to do........we have thought of everything and it seems he has one of 2 choices......which is the lesser of 2 evils?

there are lots of last names that are after colors, like black, brown, grey/gray, green but how come there's no john red, or john pink or orange or yellow?? i know names used to come from a person's job like john shoemaker or whatever but where did the colors come from? and you can't say their skin color b/c no one is grey or green?

what are some fun things to do in amsterdam if you have 2 toddlers? my husband and i are planning to go in october, as a family trip. we both realize what amsterdam is known for, but realize that people in amsterdam have families and kids and babies too so we want to know, where can we go to do family oriented things and where do the dutch take their little ones to have fun? please be specific, the more info the better.
