Help please

I have had a google play account for several years. When i started the account i had used an email address that i now no longer use and had since changed to a new yahoo account. I have tried to my google play account online and change this information but I keep getting an error saying that both emails have their own user and cannot be connected to the other. I have not set up the account for my current email so am not sure how google can say I have 2 seperate accounts using 2 seperate emails. The first email that i used years ago i have since deleted everything from it and have discontinued using it as of about 4 or so years ago. I'd like to get my email that i use now as the primary since i no longer have the info to the other email account that has been disabled. I am at a loss as to how to contact google or how to update the information on the google play account i use for my android.

is z2c.biz and paymentkey.com and the other online sites for income legit? i have seen them advertised but advertising can be false and misleading. i was wondering if anyone has used them and can say yes they are legit sites and work or if they are scam sites. many MANY years ago, there was several cartoons on that would have a narration of new cartoon appliances for example the penguin in the fridge and he runs out and turns the light on and off etc. there were several different cartoons, one with appliances, with different homes, automobiles etc. if anyone knows what i can google to find them to show my little girl can you please share the link or the name of the cartoons so i can look.

Hearing impaired child with divorced parents and medical in ga?

I have been divorced now from the father of oldest child who just turned 18 for about 13 or 14 years in the state of Georgia. she wears hearing aids and needs other medical procedures done. she moved in with me and i am a stay at home mom of another young child nearly 9 years old. current husband is self employed and carries no medical insurance. my 18 year old needs her wisdom teeth pulled out, as well as some other things with her eyes, and her ears. she is still a student in high school as she has been held back several times and has yet to get her permit for driving nor does she have means of income of her own.

in the custody papers, we have joint legal custody and he is responsible for her medical and education. he has stated that he will not pay or help in any way the cost of the expenses in the needs of our child because she no longer lives with him and she is now 18 years old. he has also been giving me a difficult time about cooperation on the medical policy with information and what the policy will and wont cover and since i am not on the policy because of the divorce and remarriage i cant call the policy and get information myself.

i am way limited on money so please help so i can fight him to get some help for our daughter whom he seems to be abandoning even though she is 18 she has medical needs for the rest of her life

she is still a high school student (10th grade) and has learning disabilities also which i am trying to get them diagnosed since he wouldnt. how can i get him to help with his daughter. 18 or not she still needs our help both financial and medically.

his obligation to her will never cease as he is supposed to be her dad. not kick her to the curb just because she turned 18.

I went in to the school to ask a teacher why the homework was not matching what was being taught in the class (failing test grade for the week) and after a short discussion the teacher reached around me and grabbed my child's arm and pulled on it. she then proceeded to shake her finger at my daughter and called her a liar. I reported this to school board. school investigation proceeded with statements given. they said that there was not enough evidence to substantiate my claim. I found out from my daughter, that the school counselor examined my daughters arms and was questioned without my permission, consent, or presence. I am livid at the school for down playing this incident and for questioning and examining my daughter. After the school board does there county level investigation, depending on the results of that investigation, what are my options. we are low income and can't afford attorneys. I would appreciate any advice, including advice from other teachers. Thanks
