im in need of some ammo for the 8mm lebel rifle, i don't want any of the old surplus stuff because it tends to misfire.any one know of new ammo for this rifle?

i have a 7.35 carcano and a 7.65 1891 mauser,and i would like to have them both converted to 7.62x39. any one know a good gunsmith that can do this? i have a ak,sks,mini 30 and a remington,so i would like to convert these rifles so i can feed them the same ammo

im thinking of having a couple of carcanos converted from the 7.35 to 7.62x39 and 30-30. the should be fitted with a internal box mag and a new stock to hold the mag.the bolt handles need to be cut and re-welded for scope mounting and a good side mount scope base installed.dose anyone know a good gunsmith capable of all this? thanks

i have a stevens marksman in 32 rimfire,i was thinking about having it converted into a 32 colt or 32 S&W long..is there anyone that can do this? i know there are alot of wanna be gunsmiths that think a dremel tool is the answer to every thing,but are there any true craftsman left? and if so how can i get in touch with them? thanks

due to a injury a few years ago my wifes shoulder isnt able to take recoil like it use to.so i am wanting to come up with a reduced load for her 8mm mauser for hog hunting. i was thinking 150-170 gr bullets about 1700-1900 fps.any one have any pet loads or ideas on reduced loads?

i was just sitting here thinking we have a line of comunacation here and we seem to be wasting it on a lot of throw away questions.this could be a good place to hook each other up with swap hunts. i know i would be happy to take any one to my hunting grounds to hunt if they were going to hook my up with hunting animals or in places that i have never hunted before...what do you guys think?

im looking for a bolt head and ejector for the gew88 i have tried GPC and the other big parts retailers...anyone know a gunsmith or a parts dealer that may have them on hand at thid time?....ill buy the complet bolt if need be
