I think ambiguity might be the biggest problem:

I got it at a Buddhist temple in China. It has beads about 1 cm wide around a thin red elastic string. It had a decorative knot at the end, but somehow it came undone. It looked a bit like this:

Does anyone know what kind of knot this is, or how I can tie it?

I got a pinky ring for really cheap a month or so ago. After wearing it for a few days, the bronze shiny finish began slowly fading off in some places, leaving a dull dark brown. Now the band of the ring is almost entirely dull brown, and the decorative part of the ring is shiny bronze, but with some brown areas.

Even though it was obviously made out of cheap metal (at one point it left a green-tinted band around my pinky), I really want to restore it because it has sentimental value. Is there any way I can fix it?

Jewelry cleaner? Jewelry paint?

As a side-note, I'm thinking perhaps it faded because when I wore it, the weather was extremely hot, humid and sweaty.

I've really enjoyed the show so far! May 17th was the last episode that has aired. It definitely wasn't a concluding episode, and left a lot of cliffhangers. I tried looking at HBO's website, and a lot of other places, but I can't figure out if the series got canceled or not!

It's toward the end of Chapter 15. Why would Darcy turn white and why would wickham turn red? If you think it's the other way around, why?

I wanted to buy "Love me after 12 am," but it's not on iTunes. I don't want to download anything illegally. What should I do?

I have some friends I met over the summer in Japan. Some live Japan, and a couple live in hawaii and texas. I also made a friend at camp who lives in Saudi Arabia. I may or may not see my japan friends again next summer, and I probably won't see my saudi arabia friend again. So is it sort of a waste of time to frequently keep in touch or consider them really good friends?

Compared to many other countries, Americans as a whole don't value education as much. And a lot of people just don't know really basic things like pre-algebra and 2nd grade history.

Not to sound condescending or anything! It's just that you'd think Americans would be more educated than they are as a whole, considering how we're a pretty rich country.

I recently got into j-pop. I like m-flo and BoA, but I only know a few songs by them. Any suggestions of who I should listen to?

I've loved them ever since a month or two ago. I love "Miss You," and I also like "The Love Bug" and "Picture Perfect," which is by monkey majik but features m-flo. I want some ideas of what songs to check out/buy. Thanks! :D

I really want to add some videos I took on my camera to my facebook. Every time I try, it says it's uploading, then my internet server crashes and I need to restart the server. I seem to be the only one who can't upload videos to facebook! What do I do?

PS- I exported the videos from one computer in my house that has photoshop organizer to my computer (photos on server folder).

I have an iPod touch. On one song, the album art displayed fine on my iPod. Since a few days ago, the art no longer displays on my iPod, and instead just a black screen is displayed as the art. The real art shows up on iTunes, but not my iPod. What should I do?
