I want to get the iPod touch 5th gen but dont know which size I should get. I can get a new 16gb from BestBuy for $189 and a refurb 32gb from the Apple store for $199.

Right now I'm using my mom's *old* iphone 3gs as an iPod. And it seems to have died for good. It was 8gb and I had filled like 6-7 with music/pics/3-4 apps (insta, snapchat,whatsapp-no games). Oddly, my music (535 songs) takes up just 2.5ish gb. But I plan on putting more on my new one.

On the new one I plan on having music, some apps, maybe some games, and pictures.

Also, I'm kinda tight on time cause I used the 3gs as my main form of communicationw ith friends (iMessage) and have limited texting on my normal "dumbphone" And I have a group project going on right now....

So...... Should I just go and get the 16gb from the store or somehow try to stick it out until the 32gb ships? Also, would the 16gb

be sufficient for my usage, do you think?

I just kinda feel weird giving up something that's twice as big, but just $14 more expensive, I guess.

The screen is loose/wobbly. Like when I raise it up, it kind of flops back and forth. It doesn't fall down though. I've had it since Nov. 2012, so what made this happen? How do I fix this? Can I fix it at home? Or will I have to take it somewhere? If so, how much will it cost?

And until now I've taken the ACT twice and my highest score has been a measly 28... So, you see, I don't have that good grades... But do you think they're too bad? I know that I'll get accepted into the college I'm planning on going to because they don't have very high standards :P And according to my calculations I only have a 3.5 uw gpa D:

What can I do? I really want to try hard, but never can bring myself to because I always feel like I'm not going to be as good as my friends anyway (my best friend is SUPER smart, probably one of the smartest people in the grade) so why should I try anyway? So do you think this will look really bad on my transcript? Especially in comparison to everyone else 3.8-4.0+ gpas?

Ok well, I'm doing a short presentation on India for my schools international club and so I was thinking of adding a short clip of a hindi song, just to show people what the music is like, so do you guys have any suggestions? Preferably, a recent song, but that is still very Indian and doesn't have much english or whatever. Oh! Also, not item songs of course :P Thanks!!! :)

Ok, well I'm a beginner in python, a beginner at the VERY beginning :P (I'm only on the 11th newboston tutorial :P) Well, maybe I'm getting ahead of myself a bit, but I wanted to create a length converter, like something that will convert feet to inches and centimeters. I wrote this, and it worked:

I am about to pull my hair out this is SOOOOOOOOO ANNOYING!!! Gah, the stupid volume goes up and down by itself! And sometimes even when it's at full volume, it'll be super quiet, and other times will get quieter and louder as it pleases. How in the world do I fix this?!?!? I'm about to go crazy! I can't finish one song without the volume going crazy! This laptop even has beats audio.. Help!!!!! Thanks.

Ok, so we have a family plan(4 lines) with at&t, and my two year contract just renewed in February, but now I was thinking about switching to a prepaid phone. I don't talk on my phone a lot, and so I don't really need too many minutes, but I only have 200 free texts (that we get from the college that my dad works in) and my texts always go over, and its like a $20 overage fee. So, I was wondering if the prepaid plan is better if I don't have a smartphone? Also, can I switch to the prepaid before my contract is over and avoid the ETF?

Also, I'm thinking about the $25/mo. plan with 250 minutes and unlimited texts...

I think I have ringworm on my wrist, size of maybe a dime. It has a raised ring around it, but the inside is dicolored, it's not my skin color, it's a dark brown/slightly pinkish (I have an Indian skin tone)

So how do I make this go away fast? School starts on Monday, so I want it to go away or want to hide it somehow... I've been putting rubbing alcohol on it every 30 minutes.. I also put a piece of garlic on it for a little while earlier. I think I've had it for atleast 3 weeks. I noticed it a while ago, but it just seemed bigger today, so I paid more attention to it.... Also, I think I might have gotten it from a kitten when I was volunteering a few weeks ago.

So, what should I do to make it go away quickly? And how could I kind of hide it at school on Monday?

I've had this weird ring shaped bump on my wrist for a couple of weeks now. And I just noticed that it is bigger than it was last week. It's a bump, but its kind of flat, just the ring around it is raised. It's kind pink around the outside, and on the inside it is brownish. Also, its kind of itchy... By the way, I have Indian skin tone, but I don't know if that matters :P

Also, about maybe, 3 weeks ago, I was scratched by a kitten while volunteering, and I know that some of the kittens were sick and previously had ringworm.....

Ok first of all, I'm Indian and eat curry everyday. So, I usually get navy blue or dark purple but last time I was dumb

and didn't think before I chose light blue braces because I'd heard that they make your teeth look whiter, but unfortunately try didn't make my teeth look whiter AND now they're this weird green color... They did originally turn a teal color, but now they're just a weird green...

So anyway, my question is that school starts next Monday(20th) and my teeth look super yellow with these green braces and my appointment isn't until the 22nd... What should I do to not make them look sooo yellow on the first day of school?

Also, what colors do you recommend, keeping in mind that I eat tons of curry and have a darker skin tone.

I have 10x50 binoculars that I bought for sky gazing, but unfortunately I haven't been able to use them because I'm not able to hold them steadily. So rather than buying a tripod adapter, do you think it would be ok if I make one at home to be able to attach to my camera tripod? So it's my best friend's 16th birthday on Saturday and I was planning on getting her a Pysch pillow because she loves Pysch, but I decided against it because I thought something homemade would be better and because my parents said that we need to be very careful about how much money we spend. So I'm making her a pillow. It's her favorite color, yellow,  and I'm sewing in an "I" in the corner because of her name beginnings with an "I".  I'm also planning on maybe making a bracelet or earrings.  If I don't make any jewelry, I might go and buy some jewelry. I'm actually getting a bit conscious now of how my gift will look compared to whatever the other people will bring. Anyway, so my question was that would it be weird and not good to gift someone a pillow for their 16th birthday even if it's homemade? Should I go and just buy something tomorrow?

I did pretty bad this year, but do you think I could raise to a 3.8 (unweighted) by the end of senior year? I know I will have less high school classes senior year because I am going to try to do concurrent enrollment in a college. Oh, I'm taking the ACT for the first time June 9.

As for extra curricular activities, last year I played tennis and was in 3 clubs(including Beta club), and I volunteered at the hospital last summer. This year, I was in 7 clubs(Beta club again), and I'm going to volunteer at a Kitten rescue place.

***So, basically what I want to ask is that:

Is it possible for me to raise my unweighted GPA to a 3.8 by senior year?

Does having bad grades this year really affect my chances of getting into a college? (OSU, Stillwater)

is that I will be the only girl member out of like 11 or so guys... I've only been to one out of the two meetings they've had. The meetings are on saturday at one of the members house. I don't really know many the guys. I kind of know the one who asked me to join "N" and the person whose house its at "C" is kind of my friend ( we had a class 2gether and we talk on Facebook a lot). Last saturday at the meeting there were only 4 people including me. And so I felt really awkward. I'm really shy anyway and really never have hung out with guys before.. so how do I not feel awkward? 

     The next meeting is tomorrow and apparently more people are going to come tomorrow AND this time basically "C" is going to be alone at home, so I would just be all of us there. I mean, I trust the guys, but since I dont know most of them, how do I not feel awkward? How should I open up? Thank you!!!!

Ok so, I just starting to Radiohead, like just a couple days ago. I like some of their songs like Nude, The Daily Mail, There There, Paranoid Android. But can't seem to completely understanding the meanings of their songs. I was reading other questions and sites about Radiohead, but they didn't really help me. I also read some interpretations of what people think their songs mean, and I can't really see exactly where they are coming from. I like their music And it's like after listening to their songs, it feels quite odd to listen to anything else. So, do you have any suggestions on how to understand their music an the deeper meanings or like which songs are the best and will get me to like them even more? Thank you!

I have Nikon Action 10x50 binoculars that I bought for stargazing last year, I havent been use it yet cause it is a little too heavy for me to keep steady, so I was wondering what type of tripod adapter could I get for those binoculars, that I could attach to a camera tripod? Is that even possible? I don't want to spend a lot of money on this, and so something maybe < 25ish? Thank you!! Oh, and the tripod I have is a MX 2000 standard weight tripod.. Ok, well this is my second semester of 10th grade. I don't know why, I just never do anything for school these days.. I just cant concentrate! And so it obviously has affected my grades. In freshmen year I got:

I was always able to bring B’s up to A's before the semester ended!! Since we have a block schedule, grades get recorded per nine weeks in high school and this nine weeks is ending on like Mar. 15!!! Will it seriously damage my GPA? , if I'm able bring everything up to an A except AP World and Spanish? My parents are going to freak! My sister always did exceptional at school and they expect me to do just as well! Will it hurt my chances of going to college?

Also, do you think the classes I'm taking next year will help?

I THINK I want to do medicine, but I'm not quite sure, that's why I'm taking so many sciences... Another reason is that my school doesn't offer any other interesting classes :P

Any tips for reality checks and Dream journals? Im going to start a dream journal tomorrow morning. I am also going to start doing reality checks from today on. I read that you have to really mean it when you ask yourself "am I dreaming" for reality checks.. But what does that mean? What does it mean that you really have to mean it and be serious?

Yesterday before going to sleep I read a lot about lucid dreams and reality checks and everything. And I remember that in my dream, I had gone to school and I started asking everyone "Am I dreaming?!?!" And my best friend said yes and then some of my other friends said yes too and then when I asked more people they started saying No.. And I don't remember anything else..So, was that even a half lucid dream? Or was it a false awakening?

Another time a while ago, (this dream I remember vividly for some reason) I dreamt that I had taken a nap in the afternoon and ended up waking up at night like 11 or 12 and my dad was watching tv in the front room, so I go over to him and for some reason I cant see him, but I can hear him and then I go back to my room and try to turn on the lights and they dont turn on and so I tell my dad and go to my sisters room and try to turn on hers and those dont turn on either. And then I start freaking out and realize that I'm still asleep. So, I try really hard to open my eyes, but cant and I start freaking out and am finally able to open them, but I realize I'm still not awake and I try soo hard to open my eyes cause Im unable to move my legs or anything and Im still not able to, but eventually I really do open my eyes.

So was ^ a false awakening? or lucid dream? or just a normal dream?
