So, was innocently typing up my chemistry notes when microsoft thought it would be funny to change my spell check to german, not only do i not speak german, i have never put my computer on german before in my life. I have tried going to tools --> language --> English (Australian) --> default -->okay but it just changes back.

So i closed microsoft word tried again and i'm still on german. How can i get it back to english? I am on a macbook if it helps?

Ok, i want to know your opinions on why the world is obsessed with the number on the scales, their appearance and perfection why is everyone obsessed with the new celebrity tested diets?

Ok i am going into year 11 this year and am also a gymnast and on tuesdays and thursdays i won't get home until 8:00 and by the time i have showered and eaten it would be at least 8:30 maybe more. We are expected to do about 3 hours of home work each night at the minimum and that means being up till 11:30 on those nights any tips?

Ok well i am a 16 year old level 5 and am currently not using grips. My hands hurt quite a bit on bars and i rip frequently. I am not sure if i am continuing next year but if i do how long does it take to break them in? Also did you see any benefits to your bars after purchasing grips?

Well over the past few weeks i have found my shins to begin to ache in the evening aroun 6-7pm. it is not a sharp pain just a dull achy pain. My ankles also often feel achy and sore but this is generally unpredictable. The pain is not crippling it is just there. I am wondering what it could be.

Some background information:

I am a 15 year old girl with a fairly active lifestyle who does 10 hours of gymnastics a week at level 5 standard for anyone who knows anything about gymnastics. I have not been doing it for the past two weeks as it is our time off (2 week holiday). Last year i tore the ligament in my left ankle but it has been fine ever since physiotherapy. I have not grown much lately (in about 3 years no major growing so could it be growing pains.

Well for my school formal (similar to prom) i am wearing a red strapless dress that is fairly plain and it is a blue red as opposed to an orange red. It is a cool red and quite bright but i have no idea how to accessorise it. what are your ideas

I have fair skin and brown hair about halfway down my back

I have my formal in November and a lot of the dresses I like only come in smaller sizes. I do gymnastics 10 hours a week but haven't lost any weight. I really need to be around a size 8 what is the easiest way to lose weight.

ok well my puppy is nearly 3 months and is a labrador and she is eating her poop. she has got the right food as it is specially designed for a large breed puppy so nutrients is not a problem. she gets the amount of food that she should be getting according to the breeder. i really want to stop it and please dont say go to a vet and ask, we are already doing that tomorrow so any other ideas would be great
