8 AnswersCats1 decade agoFeedback pls: What's your experience with 9-Lives cat food?
I know 9-Lives is not top quality food. My freind is in the process of switching her cat to a raw diet. To make the switch, she has to mix in some wet food with it. She has 9-Lives in the cupboard. Is that OK to use? What's your experience with it?

Itchmo has confirmed an email from Natural Balance that they are removing two products from sale:
Venison and Brown Rice Dry Dog Formula
Venison and Green Pea Dry Dog Cat Formula
These products do not contain wheat gluten. No deaths or serious illnesses have been reported and no recall warning has been issued. The warning applies only to products sold in the last week, according to Natural Balance.
"Please know that at this time we are removing this product from the shelves, as we have had some phone calls indicating gastric upset after eating this formula. At this time, we are unsure if this could just be a particular batch problem, or simply customers switching diets too fast. However, in the meantime while we are looking further into this matter, we are not recommending to feed this formula, and are suggesting to feed our Potato and Duck or Sweet Potato and Fish Dry Dog Formula."

8 AnswersCats1 decade agoThe problem with Islam is that it never had a Reformation: agree or disagree?
The Reformation was a time of critical thinking in the history of the Christian Church... it was a time of high thinking and dangerous living: Christians fought with one another in support of new ideas or in the defense of old ideas... in the end, Christianty was all the better and healthier for it.
But Islam? not only does it stagnate, a significant and dangerous section of it want to pull the whole world back to medieval times. Don't you think it is time for Islam to do some critical thinking? It is stupifying that it does not.
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agomy cat has not pooped today. Is he constipated?
He pooped yesterday; and he normally moves his bowels once a day - sometimes in the afternon and sometimes in the evening. It's already 3am and he still hasn't gone. His tummy looks really full. He is sleeping peacefully now. Should I be worried? When is a cat considered to be constipated?
5 AnswersCats1 decade agoIf your cat were a dog, what breed would he or she be? Why?
I have this neutered male 9 yr old ginger and white DSH I love to bits. He is active and always needs to think he is doing something productive like patrol the house and grounds at least once a day. So, I was thinking, if Kaffe were a dog, he would definitely fall into the category of "working dogs" - possibly a German Shepherd becuase he also likes to chase away any intruders if given the chance. My 1 yr old neutered male on the other hand will fall into the category of a playful lapdog coz there's nothing better he likes than to lay accross my lap and be petted.
3 AnswersCats1 decade agowhat helpful tip about cats have you learnt from yahoo answers?
I have learnt a lot more about cats just from the answers to common questions about cats on this site - things I kinda "suspected" before and things I did not know yet. For example, the cause and sgns of diabetes in cats. Now I can take steps to prevent it from developing in my cats. I think Yahoo answers is real handy this way.
