  • When a home rent-to-own contract is void, who does the down payment go to?

My husband and I went through a realty company to sell our house. There was a couple that really wanted it but didn t have the best credit yet so we agreed to allow them to rent-to-own our house. The couple had 2 years to purchase the home and if they didn t their $9,000 down payment that was given to the realtors (theirs and ours) would not be given back to them. The couple lost their jobs and was evicted from our home right at the 2 year mark making the contract void. Where does the $9,000 go? When we ask our realtor she states that it doesn t go to us. The contract doesn t state the realtors keep it. Anyone have experience with this? Help!

  • Will having Supraventricular tachycardia effect a womans ability to have a vaginal birth?

I am currently 16 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and have been diagnosed with SVT. I was wondering if doctors still allow you to try and have a vaginal birth even if you have SVT or will they push for a c-section?

  • What middle name would sound good with Zane Jones?

I DON'T like the plain popular boys names like William, Andrew, Thomas, Michael, Joseph so the middle name has to be something kinda trendy that sounds nice with Zane :)

  • Can someone tell me who was the blonde girl on the VMA's?

She performed after B.o.B and Paramore. She had short spiky blonde hair and was REALLY ugly. I was just wondering who she was because I have never seen/heard her before.

  • How can my friend get her 2 1/2 yr old to stop saying "Shut up"?

My friend is literally pulling her hair out because she can't get her 2 1/2 year old daughter to stop saying "shut up". She heard her dad say it to the dog and hasn't stopped saying it since. She even uses it properly, like when her mom tells her not to do something the toddler will YELL Shut up to her mother. My friend tells her its not nice to say that and tries to get her to start saying "be quiet" and even sometimes she will just ignore that the toddler is saying it but neither is really working.

  • Do you think if I name my son "Aamion" that he will get teased for it?

I have always loved the name since I first heard it (professional surfer Aamion Goodwin) but my husband's family thinks he will be made fun of and that people may call him "Amy" to be mean. It is pronounced just like Damien just without the "D". Are they being paranoid or am I setting my kid up for teasing?

  • Should I switch my soon-to-be 1 year old to milk?

She has been drinking Alimentum since about 2 months old because her stomach couldn't handle any of the other formulas which gave her horrible gas and made her projectile vomit. I'm not sure if she has an allergy to protein or not, so now that her 1st birthday is around the corner I am wondering what I should be switching her to? Milk? Soy Milk? Lactose Free milk? My husband is Active Duty military so we see the pediatrician on base and I asked her but she speaks another language and I don't think she really knows what I'm asking her.

If any of you have any advice I would love to hear it.

  • How can I get my chihuahua to stop barking?

My chihuahua, Sancho, is 2 years old and he has been neutered. Ever since he was a puppy he has always been a barker. He barks so much it makes me want to pull my hair out. We have tried teaching him not to bark but he doesn't seem to get it. I have a 10 month old baby and it NEVER ceases to fail that he will bark and wake her up while she is napping. He won't stay in the backyard and barks until I let him inside. What are some ways I can keep him from barking?

  • What can cause liver enzymes to elevate?

I am 22 years old, in decent shape, and I don't drink alcohol. For the past 3 weeks I have been itching like crazy day and night. I have no rashes or raised bumps but its getting to the point where I am scratching so hard that I am breaking the skin. I went to the doctors and she prescribed me a bunch of allergy medicine and lotions to try and see if thats what it was, as well as having blood work taken. She called me and told me that everything was normal except for my liver and that it was reading very high. All she told me was that she was concerned and to come back in a month to have blood work taken again to see if the results changed. So now I am freaking out as to why I'm itching and why my results are what they are. None of the allergy medicines are working so I know its not that.My doctor sounded worried but didn't tell me too much. I have been tested for Hepititus and that was negative, so what else could it be? What would elevate the liver enzymes? Should I be worried?

  • Should I feel guilty asking my working husband for help?

My husband is SSGT in the USAF. He works from 7am-4pm Mon-Fri. I am a stay-at-home mom that takes care of our beautiful 9 month old daughter. During the work week I take care of keeping the house clean and kept as well as taking care of our baby day and NIGHT. I am the only one who wakes up in the middle of the night since he works the next day. We have agreed that on the weekends if she wakes up at night that he takes care of her and that he wakes with her in the mornings to provide me some sleep. He also does the laundry and sometimes cooks on the weekend. My question is, Should I feel guilty for letting him do these things? He never gets to sleep in but he gets a full nights rest with out being woken up. Should it be the other way around? Should I be letting him sleep in and do the laundry since he works all week?

  • Is it bad that my 9 month old likes to watch tv?

I have a 9 month old daughter that care for at home all day everyday. She has MANY toys that she plays with everyday but the tv is always on. I am a very hands on Mom when it comes to playing and teaching her things. I get down on the floor with her for most of the day but sometimes I need a break. She will play with her toys and watch Nick Jr. at the same time and really enjoys watching the shows. When she hears certain theme songs she smiles and dances. Am I teaching my daughter to be a couch potato?
