We have this couple friend that are no longer a couple. The guy in our friends relationship got a new girlfriend. The old girlfriend and her really like eachother, so my husband went out and met her with our guy friend. He called me on the way home and told me how funny she is and how I'd really like her too. I didn't react very well. And I don't understand why. He and I always wanted the two to get back together so it is a little weird for a new girl to be in the picture. But why did it bother me that he had a great time with our friend and his new girlfriend? He thinks I was jealous that he had a good time without me. I can't figure it out. I feel even worse because he praised me the whole night and was so excited to have met another "couple friend." I don't know why I acted this way. Any thoughts?

My best friend is getting married and her fiance asked his 14 year old brother to be the best man. But it brings up a question does the best man have to be a legal age since he has to sign as a witness on the marriage liscense?

I am a experienced seller to U.S. but am interested in selling overseas. If I sell to a country that has a higher currency value than the U.S. dollar, wouldn't that be a win/win?

If I sell a model train for $100. it might only cost them (like 75 euros?) They get a deal, and I get a larger market right?

Now, when they pay by paypal, it converts their Euro or yen to dollars at no charge to me?

Only downside would be high shipping, and a couple minutes filling out a customs form, right?

What are some things we should be doing to survive this "recession"? Right now, we have a some extra money, how should we use it? Stock up on food? put in savings? extra to mortgage? invest in euro? We have no credit card debt either..

My mom is 67 and has turned really mean and unapologetic. We have been fighting since August, and I'm noticing how she is lying so bad that it is making me wonder what is really going on. She has no noticable memory loss, except that she won't admit she ever does wrong, it's just she is twisting stories around so bad to make her look good, it is similar to the way a little kid lies. My sister is a megabytch. She has always treated me like I was boring or unimportant. After 3 decades of it, I ended my relationship with her. My mom & I don't fight, unless I fight with my sister, then my mom bashes me. I found out my mom said some really really hurtful things about me to my relatives and friends, (says I have demons inside me, etc) and describes me as a monster my whole life.

I have a very beautiful daughter who I know my mom loves, but I can't get past the fact she has this distorted image of me (because I told her I was tired of 35+ years of my sister rolling her eyes when I talk).

Normally my wife and I get along with my mom very well. The only time my mom is mad at me is when I fight with my mega-bytch sister. We were going to have a big 1st birthday for our daughter, but my mom is miss negative and complained that we shouldn't. So instead, we told her that we will have one for my wifes family on Sunday as planned, and if she wants to have one on saturday at her house, thats cool, and she can invite whomever. But, as we expect, she is going to ask to pick our daughter up, and have a party with my sister (whom I'm not speaking with), then drop her off later as if it is "visiting rights". Should we put our foot down, as we don't want our daughter to have to be raised this way? Would you be offended? What is best?
